It is recommended that you keep your phone at least 5 mm away from your body, but just one night is no big deal.

I used to have my cell phone under my bed, I started having headaches, stopped keeping my phone anywhere near me while sleeping, headache gone. If you talk over cell phone for a long time, you will get headaches. Edit: Cell phones definitely have radiation. Just try to call somebody with your phone near the television and the television on with volume.......The signals from your cell phone will interrupt the tv signals.
My cat knocks my phone out of my hand?
Every night when I'm in bed my and on my iPhone my cat always nudges it to the point where I can't even use it enjoyably. She always knocks it out of my hands, no matter how much attention I give her during the day or right before I lay down in bed. How do I get her to stop? It's really annoying; I just want to use my phone in peace. Btw I don't have the heart to kick her out of my room, I love her a lot and love when she sleeps with me.
