Slowest Rebuilding Team

Why The SLOW Obama response to Fargo flooding?

What are you talking about? Do you live in Fargo? I DO.

And Obama had a very quick response to the flood! VERY QUICK! We were declared a disaster on Tuesday, that was MUCH quicker than Bush's crappy handling of New Orleans.

Obama hasn't visited Fargo yet, but why should he? He doesn't need to. If he looks at the river it won't magically make it disappear. He can look at all the media coverage of what is going on and deal with it from afar. There isn't anything he can do by coming to Fargo... he would have to have a large escort, as presidents often do, and it would just lead to a bigger mess that we don't need. He has promised aid in cleaning up and rebuilding our community, and that is what we need. We have the National Guard, Red Cross, and FEMA working feverishly in our city, we have received amazing support, and that is exactly what we need.

What is the fastest team in FIFA 17?

In terms of Online Seasons and Kick Off matches etc, although it’s hard to get an exact measure of which team is the fastest, you might pick teams like Bayern, Real Madrid, Juventus, Barca, Chelsea etc as they have many speedy attackers like Ronaldo, Bale, Koman, Douglas Costa, Dybala, Cuadrado, Hazard, Messi, Neymar, Willian. However it’s impossible to get a specific ““fastest” team. You might want to create your on Ultimate Team though, as a trio of Hazard, Aguero, and Mane, is very fast.

How do I rebuild team spirit and motivation?

If you wish to rebuild team spirit, I assume it has already taken a hit. If it has already happened, then the first thing to realize is that it can't be overturned overnight. It will take your conscious effort towards building your team again. If I were in your situation, this is what I would doUnderstand the depth of the situationFigure out where each member of your team stands and feelsHave a one to one talk with each of your team members and take note of what changes they would like to see in the team. Know each team members career goals and ambitionsStart with one simple activity towards corrective measures as per feedback on step 3. It could be as simple as a weekly team meeting to a weekly lunch with the team to a daily huddle with the team before the day starts.Respect each team member and put your honest efforts towards the betterment of your team and its members. Remember that every person in the team is a valuable contributor and help them achieve their true potentialMost important of all- create leaders in your team, not followers. A good leader will create more leadersI believe that as you knock of the problems one by one you will find your teams defense and offense game getting stronger and take them back on the path to greater glory!

What should I add to the engine to stop it burning oil?

In a very few cases, engines burn oil not because they are have worn out parts but because they need routine service. A clogged up pvc valve or breather cap can cause an engine to use oil, so check this sort of thing. But there is NOTHING you can put in a worn out engine that will stop it from burning oil, once it is burning a lot of oil.If an engine is burning only a little oil, it MIGHT help to add any one of several products sold for that purpose to cut back on the oil consumption FOR A WHILE, but such products are expensive, and oil is cheaper and better for the engine. Just keep an eye on the oil level, and keep it full up, and change it as directed in the manual, if it is a nicer, newer car. Any improvement will be temporary and very minor and the additive will cost more than the proper motor oil, so there is no point in using it.Such additives if put in the engine in EXCESSIVE QUANTITIES will sometimes stop an older engine from smoking long enough for an unscrupulous seller to get rid of the car. That’s about all and even that is questionable. If it’s an old car, and not worth much, you can extend the drain and change interval from three thousand miles to five or six, but be sure to keep changing the filter. The new oil you are adding will replenish the anti wear and anti corrosion additives, no problem. This will cover most of the cost of the extra oil, lol.I have known people driving old oil burning cars to quit changing the oil altogether, so long as they changed the filter occasionally, with no engine problems whatsoever, for five or six years.Older cars that use oil often run for years and years without any repairs being necessary, if you just keep them full of oil. A quart of oil every five hundred miles, or even every two hundred miles, is not that big a deal, compared to paying for an engine overhaul or trading cars.Putting a lot of money into the engine of an old car is usually a mistake, unless the car is a collectible car and appreciating in value. It’s usually more economical to just sell the car and buy a newer one.My old pickup truck uses a quart every two to four hundred miles, depending on how I am driving it. It has been using this much for the last twenty or thirty thousand miles, and it will probably run another twenty or thirty thousand, no problem, by which time it will have rusted away anyway. It will be forty years old by then.

What's the speeds of pitches in batting cages?

The ones I visited had several speeds. The best featured pitching machines with different settings that you could choose yourself.Where I grew up, in rural western Pennsylvania, there was a guy who lived a few miles from me who actually bought a couple of machines and built his own batting cages in his backyard. It’s been so long now that I don’t remember if this was a formal business venture where you had to pay to get in, or if he just let me take some swings because we were acquainted. In any case, I was in my early 20s and still had some dim idea in the back of my mind that I might try out for the varsity baseball team where I went to college, and knowing that I was pretty much helpless against enemy curveballs, I decided to try and teach myself to switch-hit.According to him, the slower machine was set at 75 mph. I could hit straight fastballs pretty well both left and right-handed at that speed, but keep in mind that that is equivalent to a below average high school fastball. The faster machine was set at 90 or 95, I don’t remember which. Not that it mattered. I came nowhere close to making contact with pitches moving that fast when I tried swinging from my off-handed side, that is, from a lefthanded batting stance. When I stepped in and took ten swings from my natural righthanded side, I foul tipped one or two pitches, dribbled one back towards the machine when I tapped it about halfway up the bat handle, and swung and missed at all the rest. The Louisville Slugger Museum in Louisville, KY, has an excellent exhibit that gives you some idea of just how fast a 90 mph baseball is moving.Home Video of the “Batter Up!” Exhibit at the Louisville Slugger Museum in Louisville, KY. First time doing Cross Country...need tips!?

I'm a freshmen also. I started running with the team in July. I was never a runner and was very out of shape. Now I hardly walk and I can maintain a good pace throughout. So basically over the past two months I am a completely different runner. The runner that can run a 3 mile race and the runner who couldn't even run half a mile. Good luck, it pays of in the end.

How are Formula 1 cars transported between Grand Prix venues?

I had been wanting to answer this question for a long time and now, thanks to RBR's article I can. There all three modes of transport that teams use for transportation of their cars, equipments and personnels. Roadways, Airways and Waterways. Since all F1 teams are based in Europe, the teams use roadways as a means of transportation during the European races. Articulated lorries painted with the team colors transport the components. The picture below shows team lorries parked during a race weekend. Although this is for a Moto GP race, it's similar in case of F1.The car itself is transported boxed up with all its aero packaging removed. The car is kept on an elevated platform inside the truck cushioned in order to keep it from bouncing. The transportes can carry up to two cars at a time. The lower level is filled with other car parts. This video from Sauber will show you how.For international races, the teams have a combination of road, water and airways. The parts are grouped in to two types. Critical and noncritical. Critical parts include chassis, tires, engines, wings, computers and IT racks. Noncritical parts includes components in the garage like jacks, tools, etc. These parts can easily be procured in multiple sets and are not as costly as rest of the components. These parts are kept in sets of five to be shipped between two global race locations. One set is despatched to each of these first four flyaway races, three of those return to the Team HQ. The set from Malaysia goes straight on to Canada. The Singapore Grand Prix kit goes on to Brazil and the Japanese Grand Prix kit goes to Abu Dhabi. Russia, Austin and Brazil each get their own sets directly fem the HQ. Each team typically require 3 cargo containers for shipping. The critical components are transported using special charter planes provided by FOM with DHL currently serving as the logistics partner. Given the geographic location of all the F1 teams, these planes depart from London and Munich. Teams use specially designed cargo units to transport the delicate parts. These containers are designed in such a way that they take up minimum space in the hold and protect the components from excessive vibrations and other external forces. They are also designed in such a way that they can be packed and unpacked in 6-8 hours.Logistics of international racesLogistics of European raceSource:- Welcome to F1Scarlet Knowledge Base, THE GREAT PACK-UP AND GO | Infiniti Red Bull Racing
