Is there a way to view my SMS while the phone is off?
As the mobile network consider there is not a way like we have for calls ( call forwarding when not reachable/switch off). A sms is stored at smsc till the validity time. After that its removed from smsc. Although there can be a way at network level , if there is an access to SS7/Sigtran level. And app can be developed which can register it self as its a real device. AIM SMS Messaging??? Doesn't work anymore!!!?
Ok. I have a MAC. I also have a PC. A couple months ago, I was able to type in a phone number on my PC's AIM and send messages to people's phones. It was amazing!!! Doing this, would place that person under my "Recent Buddies" list on my Mac's iChat. The problem is, after about a month, that person is removed from my "Recent Buddies" list and placed in the "Offline" list and I can no longer message them. I've been trying to figure this out for over 2 hours!!! I create a new "SMS" message in iChat, and type in a phone number, and every time I send a message, I get a response back saying that this phone number is offline or something!!!! I try the same thing on my PC, and I get the same error!!! What is the problem??? I was sending my girlfriend messages yesterday to her phone via my iChat. I had her name labeled "Dani's Phone" in my "Recent Buddies" list. But now it's gone and is offline and doesn't work. Please help!!!

Hi please refer to my previous answered question on this subject. Mark Golightly's answer to How can I recover contacts on an Android phone?If the above answer is not relevant to your situation (you have not used Google Sync), then I would suggest that you use a third party app or PC program that will recover deleted/lost data. All data that has been deleted will still be stored on your phone, all that happens is that Android makes it available for new data to be overwritten. The more data that is overwritten the less of a possibility of recovering the deleted data, though professional data recovery software should be able to recover any data regardless of how deep it is buried. I would suggest that you always use your Google Sync account which automatically keeps a backup of contacts/calendar/logs/photos etc. I would also recommend that if you accidentally delete or loose data that you immediately turn off wifi/mobile data to stop Android from rewriting new data. Then use a data recovery software asap. You can (and should) export a copy of contacts to your SD card or other external memory. (just in case). Peace ✌

Sms not loading in Nokia PC suite?
i have been using nokia pc suite for a while but most of the time when i try to load sms through Nokia PC suite it doesnt load. usually when i unsinstall and and reinstall the application i used to work fine. but now even though i reinstall it still doesn't load the messages. my bluetooth device is working fine phone is set to general mode can some one please tell me what the problem is?

AIM texting suddenly not working?
I am trying to text a friend from my computer using AIM. I've been texting this person from my computer through AIM for years now. The number has not changed and he said he did not block my AIM. But every time I try to send a text I keep getting this message: "Uh-oh! That number won't work. Please make sure it's a valid US mobile number from a supported provider, and not a landline." I don't know what the problem is. I checked his number in AIM and it's still the same as it was before, with the 1 in front of the number and everything. Why is this suddenly happening and it's only happening to his number? How can it be fixed?
