I have an idea for a manga, how do i get started?
To get started in making a manga, you must first take your ideas, and put them onto paper. Simply write a book, with chapters and a well developed storyline. Once that is done, you must then work on the image of each and every single character, along with their personality and their clothes, accessories, and body parts, such as cat ears or scars. Doing so, is making a CG book for your story. Once those things are done, you can either request to join a manga corporation and recieve help from them, do it all yourself, or ask your friends who are typesetters, editors, etc.. When making your manga, it is imperable to print it correctly. How do I get a research paper published in India?
First choose your field of interest. You can't write research paper on many things/topics/subjects at once.Once you are decided go though the journals, conference papers related to that topic. Be careful here because there are many journals but not all are good. Look for the impact factor of these journals. Impact factor shows the reputation of the journal in the research world. Higher the impact factor better the journal.Read as many journal papers or conference papers you can find. If you are from engineering field try IEEE websites for good papers. Once you will go though a paper always make notes describing it in your language for future reference and for your understanding.Now this is the most important part. Don't give up. As you will go though many papers you may get frustrated. So you need lots of patience. At one point after reading these papers you will find loop holes in them or you will find some of them incomplete or the things they have not touched. This skill will come in you after going through many papers on the subject.Now choose what you want to do about the things you have found. If you have your own idea incorporate it in paper. Just don't forget to see if anybody has already worked on your idea before you or not. If its already there then don't worry, you can always improve on the method he/she has used to get better results.You can also write survey papers where you combine many papers to make a paper of your own.Now select the tool you want to work on like MATLAB, LABVIEW ( engineering point of view if you are looking for just theoretical results) to get the result and to add your ideas.You will understand the pattern of writing papers once you will go though them. Research papers are written with results. Once you get the results you just need to put the whole thing in a standard format set by IEEE or the journal you are sending your paper to. There are paid journals as well, they will publish your paper without asking any questions. For standard journals, your paper will be reviewed, if they will like it they will raise some questions/doubts. You will have to answer them. The circles answer to four different questions:What do you love?What is it that your community or the world needs?What might others pay for?What are you good at?Essentially, you explore your passion, your mission, your vocation, and your profession. The concept of ikigai may help you in this quest (See the image attached).But you also must know your core values: What qualities in life can you not live without. What are the strengths that you can bring to your entrepreneurship. What might be your weaknesses (areas to develop)? What are you willing to say no to once you commit to a certain choice of business?Running a business asks a lot from you and it can be wonderfully rewarding. In the United States, close to 66% of small businesses will survive their first 2 years, which sounds great, but it also leaves one out of three stranded. So it is also important to realize that your ultimate happiness cannot and must not depend on the success of your business.Figuring out what your business is about requires deep inner work. You could start with a test like the MBTI. But that would only be a start. And the finance issue can come later, much later. by studying the subject (internet+books) and finding something you like about it.But please note that writing like this is an exercise.This writing process is VERY wrong from a pure creative writing point of view.You should write essasys or ideas ‘tasting’ very interesting/cool/important FOR YOURSELF.On the other side, exercise (or the ‘workout of the writer’ as I call it) is VERY important.Any writing challenge makes you better, but you have to understand how writing works.Basically, creative writing is about what’s inside you mind, and if you honestly don’t care about something to the point that you have no idea what to write about it, you should not write it.On the contrary, daily workout is very important, and a a writer should NEVER be ashamed of wasting his ink.So workout my friend, but writing an essay about something you don’t care about will NEVER create any good result (but a very good workout only).Hoping this may be helpful,Wallace Lee

Today all of the genes have pretty much mixed so it can be difficult to tell exactly which race you are if you are not a direct descendent of a full blooded whatever. There are gene tests which compare alleles (parts of your genes) to other races but they are expensive. I can understand you wanting to know though. My mother never told my bio father that she was prego and she has conveniantly forgotten his name or race. My family is white and I am like tan, permanently. It is weird because my family is southern and a bit rascist which made me feel like an outcast most of my life. I have had people tell me I look indian and some tell me mexican and some tell me philipino (?). I have no idea and it has always bugged me. My motto is that you are what you are raised. ZEthnicity and race are often mixed up for eachother. Race is what you are, ethnicity is what you act like or are raised as. I put down when paperwork asks that I am white however when people see me they always take a double take like "why did you put down you are white because you obviously aren't" Feel lucky. It could be worse!
HELP!! I want a baby squirrel really bad and dont know where to get one. Please give me ideas!?
If you do some research you'll see that wild animals are actually very hard to domesticate. Even domesticated rats, which can be sweet and cuddly pets, still keep some of their skittish instincts from their ancestors. I found a baby rabbit once that I wanted to raise, but I was advised against it by a wildlife rehabiltator. It would never have made a good pet, and in spite of the fact that you know someone who has a squirrel, generally a wild squirrel will stay wild. Think about dogs, which descended from wolves. You wouldn't go out and take in a baby wolf, would you? Just because dogs are descended from wolves doesn't mean you can take a wild wolf and make it domestic. It is the same with most wild aninals. Also, on your quest to get a squirrel you could become seriously injured. Squirrels during mating season are vicious, and a squirrel is not likely to let you take one of its young without a fight. If you want an exotic pet, do some research on domesticated exotic animals. Sugar gliders are adorable and legal, and they like to ride around in your pocket. Rats are one of the friendliest rodents around and will play, kiss, and cuddle with you. I would advise forgetting about getting a squirrel and start doing some research on other types of pets you could get.
