DO NOT take it to AT&T! That is a jailbroken phone! Okay from the pictures the phone looks to be a jailbroken iPhone. The first screen is just a screen telling you to go to settings to enable lockinfo. Lockinfo is a lockscreen app that can show your calendar, weather, some RSS feeds, etc. Nice app. The second screen is a program called SBSettings, it is NOT an emergancy screen. You can close it by pressing the X in the upper left hand corner. You can also select Power in the bottom right and you will get a pop up to reboot. Good luck!
