Yes, if it's well diluted. At one place where I used to groom, if we did a double coated breed like a collie we would fill the bottom of the tub with water, add a little bit of Fleecy, and then scoop the Fleecy water over the coat for a few minutes. The coats came out great, soft and easy to manage (and smelled great). Don't use too much, though.

They need help learning to deal with these feelings and to understand where they come from in order to move past them. Inspiring shame for feelings is never a good idea.

Can you put vinegar in those downy balls instead of fabric softener?
Yup. I always do that when I wash towels. It makes them more fluffy. Just make sure you don't do it with anything you're bleaching...bleach and vinegar make toxic gas, and you don't want to risk there still being a little bleach when the rinse cycle starts and vinegary downy ball pops open. And yes...they open on the first rinse, so if you do a 2nd rinse then it's not very beneficial. But I only do one rinse, so it doesn't matter to me. Oh and you can add vinegar to both the wash or the rinse cycles. To the wash cycle will help with the cleaning and to the rinse cycle will help get rid of soap residue and keep them soft.

t is interesting that recently at an alcohol/drug group therapy meeting his name came up. That he is a movie star again/now and is doing (from what we only see from the public side) a terrific job at living his life. We all knew that there was a time in his life that he was “toast,cooked, whatever”.We tried to think of just what it was that he had done - and couldn’t! My only thoughts during that discussion were that he has overcome much, and great for him. I thought - if he can do it - then so can I! So to me = it doesn’t matter one bit what he had done in the past. So what?I as an alcoholic, I sometimes find myself reflecting on my past. I go through all that shame and regret and anger at myself. Just for a very fleeting moment. Fleeting. I have tried to, and have mostly succeeded in living in the now! Strange and weirdI was on the set of “U.S Marshals”(1998) playing a 727 Pilot. Back then I didn't have any transport so I had to walk 25 miles to the set. It sucks that this happened to me and all the blame goes to Tommy Lee Jones (for whatever reason).This went on for the next four months, but I kept going no matter what. It’s not until this one strange day I will never forgot for the rest of my career. I walking to the set as usual when this Audi A4 car pulled up next to me. At first I thought I was going to be shot Shakur style. But it wasn't a shooter, just Downey Jr himself.He said to me: “Hey bro, you know that unicorn from Blade Runner? Well I’m chasing it right now and you look like the type of guy who chases unicorns. You wanna hop in and get it?”I took this as a great opportunity, because at the time I thought if I be friends with this guy, he might offer me big roles. So I said yes and got in the car which was a huge mistake. I knew straight away stepping into his car that he was on something wild. He drove around the block four times without saying a word to me. I try to start a conversation with him saying something like:“So, how is filming going?”But he’s response is what sent chills down my back bone. He said while eating a chocolate rapper:“Shush! I’m hunting unicorns now and Bugs Bunny ain't going to save her. The tea is almost ready, but I prefer coffee with a little deice”.I had to get out, so I took a risky move by doing something I thought I would never do. I waited for the perfect moment when he slowed down the car. And when that moment came after he slammed on the breakers , because there’s a newspaper on the road. I jumped out the car and ran for it, but what was even more terrifying is when I looked behind me to find that he’s chasing me on foot. How he got out of the car so quick is beyond me.He didn't chase me that far and I luckily got away. I didn't see him on set afterwards. Moral of the story is never trust a cracked up Tony Stark.Oh and I did get to meet Tommy Lee Jones on set. I said hi to him as I was walking by and he responded with “Fuck off”.
Is Downy Free & Sensitive Unscented Ultra Fabric Softener safe to use for babies?
I have a 1 and 3 year old that were sensitive when they were newborns. I hated the "stiffness" of their clothes though w/out fabric softener, baby clothes are supposed to be soft! Once I tried the unscented downy liquid fabric softener it made all of the difference. (I used less than it said to) The fragrance itself has many chemicals. It worked for me, so well I eventually stopped using Dreft and used the Tide w/no dye or perfume, much cheaper, considering how much laundry we do with small children. Good luck and Congratulations!
