So My Ymail Is Not Receiving Mail I Think That It Is Not Sending Also. Sent Test Mails 1/2 Hour

What is the best way to send mass e-mails without getting blocked by destination servers?

The very first step to send mass emails without getting blacklisted is to verify your Email list. High bounce rates caused by invalid or misspelled email addresses can hurt your email reputation, so make sure your email list has been verified by email verification tool FindThatEmail.Once your email list is verified, and If you want to send mass emails without getting blocked by destination servers then you should use SalesHandy tool which allows sending emails to 200 recipients at a time and overall, 1600 recipients in a day. It has very unique sending ability which prevents your emails to end up in spam-box and retains high deliverability rate.Other things need to consider to prevent spam:-Warm up your IP address - If your IP address id new, you need to warm up by gradually increasing sending volume, usually over the course of two to six weeks.Use double-opt insAlways include an unsubscribe option in each and every email (standard best practice).Maintain frequency in sending mass emails.Ask your subscribers to add your email address to their contact list (also known as whitelisting).Don’t use words like “Free”, “Sales” unnecessarily.Don’t ever use UPPERCASE for any words whether its in your subject line or body – those are flags for spamming.

How long does US mail take if mailed in the same city it's sent to?

If you deliver them to your post office EARLY the day before, then there is a fair chance it would get delivered on the desired day.

Often there is a time cut-off for delivery (especially if you are using a mailbox drop, read the pickup times sticker). In small towns you may want to add a day or two because in some cases the mail goes to another city to be sorted and returned, so if your letter gets to the other town after their next-day cut-off there will be a delay.

Our sorting system may get bad press, but I read a while back about how Italians had better luck if they mailed their letters first to Switzerland because of the demands by participation in the international postal organization they belonged to. One member of the Italian parliment asked if the head of the Italian post office could promise "same month delivery". He couldn't.

Good luck.

Why are my emails delayed by hours or days when arriving in my inbox?

I too have had this problem. I hate to say it, but I had the gentleman I was conducting business with today, also send it to my gmail account. It was instantaneous there. The Yahoo emails showed up four hours later, if they even showed up at all. Not my choice of email provider for doing business. Am thinking that I might just switch everything over to gmail. Yahoo! is a sick joke. You can't even talk to someone about issues. I don't know how they stay in business.

Group event reminders not working?

I have set up several group events on our calendar and the email reminders are not going out. I have tried to recreate the reminders and still no emails are being sent. Please help.

How do I know if my Yahoo! email has been read by the recipient? I've already sent it without doing anything special; is it too late now? I've heard that Windows Outlook could do something like that. If so, how?

It is never too late to find out if your Yahoo! email has been read by the recipient. Send the recipient a second message, and ask if they received your first message, for example.Standard internet e-mail does not contain mandatory read receipts, so tracking if a message has been read relies on side-effects of reading the message. Sometimes, such side-effects are provided by the mail client software explicitly (e.g. Outlook allows viewers of messages to return a read-receipt, if the senders of the e-mail requested one), and other times such side-effects are provided implicitly (e.g. an HTML-format message being parsed that includes resources such as a CSS or image or JavaScript routine from another machine). You have already sent the e-mail message; if you retained a copy of this message, it can be analyzed to see if it contained any trackable elements, and then logs of the system which serves those elements may contain information allowing the deduction that a message has been read.Alternatively, if you have a legally compelling reason, then a suitable legal document (e.g. subpoena) may be served against Yahoo!, whereby their own logs indicating that the mailbox they host can be acquired to determine when the message you sent was fetched by any mail client. Note that this does not indicate that the messages was opened or read. However, depending again on the mail client software your recipient users, there may be logs that can be viewable that you can access (e.g. if the mail client is web-based, then the web server may have logged the request to view a particular mail message).

My business email account disappeared?

I am having the SAME issue! I've called the customer service line and have been on hold for over an hour. They say you can request a call back by signing in. If I could sign in, I WOULDN'T NEED TO BE CALLING YOU!! I am soooo frustrated and I have no idea what is wrong.

UPDATE: I got cut off (may have been my fault) so I called back. I also left a message on the small business page on Facebook. How did you find out about the billing? I can't even remember how I paid and I thought it was annually but I'm not sure. PLEASE, WHOEVER SPEAKS TO SOMEONE FIRST POST THEIR "ANSWER" HERE.

UPDATE: I just looked at the Yahoo Small business Facebook page and saw that lots of people are having the same issue. Here is one woman's post that may be helpful however the phone number seems to take you to the same wait listed answering service.

"Yes I was on the phone for 2 hours this morning with them. Our account is 8 years old, we started through SBC Global and that is why there was such a problem. Had to set up a new email through Yahoo then reset up all of our accounts. Such a pain! but we got it fixed. The number I called is 408-916-2130 that's small business email. Hope that helps you."

I have been getting Temporary Error 19 for hours and it will not go away?

I'm having the same problem!

How do I undo a sent mail after one day?

Now, GMAIL does have a “Enable Undo Send” option that you can set, but it is really a “delay send” feature, and it only works to a very short maximum of 30 seconds. But I do suggest people enable it so that they can cancel something from being sent out right away if they realize they hit “send” when they didn’t mean to.Unfortunately, that won’t help you for an Email that is sent out longer then this. And Gmail which is cloud-based doesn’t have a “Recall” feature like Microsoft Outlook Exchange, so there aren’t really any other options. (And note that the “Recall” feature in Microsoft Outlook Exchange is very limited, doesn’t always work, and only works well within certain corporate environments).I do not believe that Google has any way to “pull an Email” out of someone’s inbox once it has been delivered to them. So, here is one option…Build a time machine…Travel back in time to right before you hit the “Send” button..Make those changes to the Email that you should have done the first time and resend it the way you meant to in the first placeProblem solved!Or next time, think long and hard before you hit the “Send” button..Or contact the person you sent it to and ask them very nicely to PLEASE DELETE the Email that you sent before they open it, and that it was sent in error. Although my experience is that if you do this, they will still probably read it before deleting.Or prepare to explain to the person you sent it to why it was a mistake.. remember that important word in life called “apologize” ? Seems that many people these days have forgotten how to do that and think that technology can fix everything. But we are all human, and we all mess-up.Own-up to your mistake, be honest, humble, and maybe they will actually come to respect you MORE as a result of this mistake. And you will have certainly learned an important life lesson yourself…Some things can’t be taken back once they are said or done.Such is life..Good luck and Peace!Dr. Michael Einstein
