Why do majority of girls look so pretty on their Facebook/Twitter/Instagram photos?
They constantly take photos of themselves and only put the ones they look amazing in online. Lighting, angles, makeup, hair, clothing etc. are all things that effect how you look in a photo. They've just got the right situation for the selfie. God I sound awful haha! Also they probably edit the hell out of their photos with filters and airbrushing etc. Goddamn instagram.
I want to become famous in Philippines?
I'm 100% Filipino, but I don't look Filipino. My skin is fair and I look more like Chinese or Korean (as most of the filipino here in the states say so..they said my eyes are too slanted and skin color doesn't match the normal 100% filipino...I somehow don't believe them though.) Anyways,I lived in the Philippines until I was 10 years old. I am now in USA. I'm 18 now and currently in University of Washington working on getting my Bachelors Degree in BA as my parents command me to do so even though I don't want to since I'd rather be an entertainer... Anyways enough with that. I speak both english and tagalog (filipino) fluently, though I'm not very literate when it comes to writing filipino words, but I can read, understand, and speak the language. I'm talented when it comes to music, dancing, and acting. I sing and play guitar as well as the piano, I dance, and do some drama. I used to be in drama club when I was in high school here in USA. I've tried auditioning to Korean companies such as YG, SBS KPOP STAR, MBC, JYP, and SM Entertainment. I've almost always made it to the second or third round of the audition because I sing well in Korean, but since I'm not literate in Korean, they did not want me even if I have the "looks and talent" of a Korean "star". I want to succeed in my passion instead of working in a cubicle for 9 or 12 hours buying stocks, making presentations about the proposal of a company, or etc. What's the bes way to audition in Philippines. Are there any at all? I don't want to be famous here in USA because I don't really like it here. It's true that life is better here, but it's not the same without interacting with my own people. I don't have many filipino friends here in Washington since there is a plethora of Korean and Chinese here so I'm friends with them instead. Okay, my topic is somehow jumping from place to place. Any suggestions would help. But it'll take a while since I have to get my Bachelors Degree first.
