Some Names That You Think Are Just Hella Cool And Unique

I need cool unique names!?

sorry... the main character is sort of lite on her feet but aggressive she has a tomboyish kind of featur and well she cant help being sort of a flirt
the best friend is amazing and can do about anything except be nice to people who havent been nice to anyone she knows. she is sporty and is also tomboyish
the boy is a skater but he is different he isnt like the typical boys long amazing hair and skaters look...
he has black hair that is sort of weird and instead of no shirt or a shirt that says something weird like element he wears white vnecks with button up shirts. saggy but skinny jeans tucked into combat boots.
sorry!

What do you think of these unique girls names?

Most I just don't care for

I like Constance and Serenity best
Most the other are alright or I like a little not a lot
Kia, Noelle, Candice, Marley, Indira & India are in the like a little not a lot group
*not - I'm not sure if Kia is said key-ah or kye-ah but I like that latter more

Lynette, Bailey, Jordyn, Liberty, Arianna, London, Pheonix are in the alright category

The other well sound tacky to me at least as a first name, but I think most of them would make very nice middle name. Some are pretty horrible though to the point were I'm not sure if you're serious

Meekness is the worst, the word is pretty in a poetry but as a name you might as well name her push-over. It not even passable as a middle name or surname even

Mahogany and Passion and are just plain tacky name for a baby a girl a tween a teen or an adult. I do genuinely think these could make lovely middle name if paired with the right first name,

Justice isn't as bad as these to and I think could pass for a name, actually I think it has been used before but I would consider Justine, it's much prettier in my opinion and has more impact in different ways, and I always though Justice when I hear it so you could make it a middle name.

August is too masculine. I though all the other unisex or boyish name you list were fine but not this one.

Africa is harsh and not pretty in the slightest to me, it also has no okay nicknames, and it is name kids will laugh at. I like it as a middle name if its honoring her heritage or special event that happened their.

Brooklyn is also probably the most okay of the passable group because she could always go the nickname Brooke or Lynn but honestly although I don't get the appeal if you like the sound of Brooklyn as a name you should name her first name Brooke middle name Lynn

Cool, unique guy names?

I'm writing a book for fun, and I need names for the characters. I've already got the girl names covered, which are:
Serafina, Amaryllis, and Azure, China, anyways, girl names are easy to choose. I'd like some guy names similar to: Xavier, Adrian, Luke, etc.

Any ideas? :)
Also, any ideas on what to name this character? She's a person who found three girls when they were young. Meaning, she sort of adopted them. And she's gonna be around 30-40 years old.

Thanks. :D

What do you think of common names with unique spellings?

Oh god, I hate whilst human beings do this. i do no longer techniques whilst a determine adjustments up possibly a letter or 2 of their baby's call to make it look nicer, yet each and all the examples you have supplied take it a step too some distance - Dylyn? Kamrynn? Neither of those names are aesthetically attractive, and that i doubt the alternative spellings are going to hold very effective connotations for every person finding at them. surely, my opinion is that each and each occasion you have supplied is borderline ridiculous. some issues merely are not meant to get replaced. As others have mentioned, few are going to techniques easy, gender-particular, aesthetic adjustments. "Skylar" or "Skyler" is totally settle for, as could be "Tyler" as against "Tylar." My opinion of "Logyn" is that whoever gave start to the baby grow to be too easy-minded to no longer be waiting to flee the confines of phonetic spellings.

What do you think about these girl names?

Annissa: Pretty but seems too made up, not a huge fan.
Saffron: Not my style but kind of cool.
Willow: I like it, very pretty and graceful sounding.
Taylor: Way too modern and boringly trendy.
Josie: Cute nickname for Josephine but shouldn't be a full name.
Charlotte: Love it, it's one of my favorite girl names.
Ashia: Pretty but not my style.
Eve: Love it, it's simple and beautiful.
Tegan: Sounds heavy and ugly to me.
Katie: Cute nickname for Katherine/Katerina/Kate but shouldn't be a full name.
Cara: Pretty but I prefer Clara.
Erin: Kind of plain but nice.
Florencia: Too much, I prefer Florence.
River: Too modern and hippie for me.

What are some really nice UNIQUE names?

I named my first daughter Gemma Rose.
I named my son Blaze.
We are hoping for another girl next time and I'm hoping my wife will agree to calling her Ruri.
We had a daughter previously who, sadly, died at birth. We called her Sharae Raven. (Pronounced the same as Daniel Jackson's wife Sha'Re in Stargate).
I guess the world wasn't ready for a Sharae.

On a lighter note, there are some Japanese names that are really cool.
Look them up. You'll find something.
I think I must have looked at over 200,000 names to come up with Sharae, Blaze & Ruri.
Why not make up a name ? Like...Sereyana for example.
OK that was bad.
I'll try seriously now, here goes;
Akharia
Narea
Those are my best ones, I've got nothing else.

I named my first bunny Twig. Not sure where that came from, but for years I'd wanted a brown bunny named Twig. So when my parents bought me a brown bunny, I of course fulfilled that dream. My two rabbits right now are named Ember and Ashes. Ember is also a brown rabbit, only she has tiger stripes. So my best friend said I needed to name her something ferocious. I was listing some names, and said Blaze. She liked that, but I realized I couldn't name her that because I'd had a mouse named Blaze. I refuse to reuse animal names. Then her husband suggested Ember, it also has to do with a fire. I loved it.I got Ashes months later. I'd been looking for a bunny friend for Ember for a while, so when I saw a Kijiji ad talking about a rabbit that was the same gender, same age, and same breed, and was already spayed, I jumped on it. There wasn't even a picture, it just said she was gray. That immediately made me think of the word ashes. If ever I get a black rabbit, her name is going to be Cinders. So there you go, I think my rabbits all have unique names (never use Thumper, that's probably the most common): Twig, Ember, and Ashes. Choose a feature of your rabbit that you like, like the color, and brainstorm about that. It doesn't have to be a proper human name, it can be a thing.

That’s an interesting question. There’s a lot more to branding than just thinking of a “catchy” name. Perhaps having a creative group of people to brainstorm with might be a good start. It is important to know your purpose and the main idea you are trying to communicate. Who is your target audience, and what type of name will be most effective in reaching them? You also need to know what kind of “tone” you want to set. Do you want to come across as serious? Do you want to be lighthearted, fun and make people smile with your name? Perhaps your purpose is to create curiosity. Would you like to be straightforward/to the point, more descriptive or subtle? So much will depend on the personality of your store as well as your purpose.Try to find several examples of names you love as well as names you don’t. Take a few steps back and try to determine why. This type of exercise can be really helpful as part of the creative process.Once you know your purpose and what you’re trying to communicate, make a short list of ideas and try them out on friends who will be honest with you. You will also have to think through other issues, such as domain availability. Knowing who the competition is in your industry is also helpful. If you’d like to consult with a team of branding experts about creating a name for your store, my company offers a unique and affordable branding experience for startups and businesses.
