Someone is reading my Instagram messages. Is my account hacked?

I know that someone is logged in my instagram. How I can get him log out?
You just need to go to your setting and in left column just select 'security’ and then ‘where you’re logged in’ and just log out from all the devices.You also can change password to your Instagram account and then it will ask you if you want to log every device out.And that’s it! :)
Is it illegal to hack someone's Instagram account?
Yes, it is illegal. It is just as illegal as breaking into a house. It is a criminal offense. Your account however has not been hacked. Being hacked would imply a security flaw in the system, which is not the case. What happened is most likely that you chose a weak username and password which was easy to guess, or someone guessed your secret question and answer. Another option would be that you were tricked into entering your username and password on a fake website for example. No matter which of these is the case, it has happened due to a user error, not due to a security flaw in the system. Replace user and try again. ;)
Will someone be notified if someone tries to log into their Instagram from another device?
Yes, they will be notified. The security of Instagram have increased now. As soon as you try to log in someones account with any device from different network Instagram will ask you to verify that account through registered email or registered phone number before you can access it.When the owner login in their account Instagram will ask them if it was them who was trying to login showing the country name and device name and will ask them to verify it by clicking ( It was me ) or will ask them to change there password if it as not them & they don’t recognize that location and device.An email of suspicious activity is only given when you try to do something inappropriate using someones account. Instagram changes the password and notifies the owner.
My Instagram account is having problem with location services. How do I fix this?
Whenever I press name this location, Instagram can't fetch the location. I have location services enabled for Instagram under privacy on my iPhone 5. All my other app with location services enabled are working perfectly. It seems this is only affecting my account. My friend logged onto my phone and location services were able to fetch her location. I wasn't able to do the same with my account on her phone. What can I do to fix this. I don't see anything under the settings on Instagram that could help.
