My friend took 6 sleeping pills (50mg) is he going to die?

not sure but its quite possible. force him to throw them up.

I took 200 pills of Benadryl at once. Will I die?

Research has shown thatit is possible to survive a Benadryl overdose, depending on one’s weight, height and gender, although there may be permanent consequences to one’s health.Benadryl has a high therapeutic index, meaning that the amount required to feel the beneficial effects of the drug is significantly lower than the amount that causes toxicity. According to Pfizer, a manufacturer of Benadryl, the minimal lethal dose for the drug in a human is 10.1 mg per kilogram. Thus a person who weighs 70 kilograms would have to administer 707 mg for death to be a possibility. Benadryl is available in 25 mg per capsules, so 200 capsules would equal 5000 mg, and consequently, a very likely death. However, there are countless online reports of people who, due tomedical intervention, have survived similar Benadryl overdoses. It is common to think that an antihistamine overdose is a quick and painless way to die, however, Benadryl has the opposite effect in high doses. Those who have survived have reported experiencing hallucinations, severe heart palpitations, seizures and eventual coma.Loss of coordination and muscle control are also possible, whichcan lead to a loss of bladder and bowel control. Therefore, administering 200 Benadryl capsules is likely to cause serious brain and organ damage in a survivor.Furthermore it is crucial that one seeks professional help as soon as possible after overdosing as severe fatigue will eventually set in causing one to be too disconcerted and tired to contact anyone.

My friend took too many sleeping pills and she keeps Snapchatting me that there are faeries and tree men in her room. Is she going to die?

No. She's probably just hallucinating. She's gonna wake up w a hangover though. Pills give you hangovers too.

HELP! My friend swallowed 6 Advil pills at once!?

6 non-prescription advil isn't going to harm her. It's not even really above prescription dosage levels for minor injuries. She has nothing to worry bout. Have her drink plenty of water and eat a little.

I took 6 mirtazapine pills (30mg), should I be worried?

Context: I'm a final year pharmacy student with personal experience of mirtazapine. I guess I should also say uh, this isn't professional or medical advice, it's just me saying some words.First, a minor side note: the higher dose of mirtazapine you take, the less sedative it is. 15mg or 7.5mg or would be more effective as a sleeping aid than 30mg or 180mg. Not that one should take another person's prescription medicines -- I advise against it.You're right that mirtazapine is exceptionally merciful in overdose. This paper (Mirtazapine overdose is unlikely to cause major toxicity ) shows the absolutely minimal consequences faced by many individuals who took a lot more than you did. You are likely to be fine and the breathlessness is probably due to anxiety over the situation, but ideally I would still recommend a trip to the emergency room so they can monitor you and check you out.I echo Bill Stein in recommending that you seek support for the state of mind that led you to this scenario. I wish you the very best of luck in this.

My friend took 6 sleeping pills, what's going to happen?

She's asleep right now but I'm worried because she took 6 sleeping pills all at once. They're the alka seltzer plus severe cough pills if that helps. She's only been asleep for a little bit, can she die? What's going to happen?

Can my friend overdose from taking these pills?

Nothing much to fear of an overdose. She could have diarrhea as the exlax laxative effect and 4 pills of midol could not cause significant damages. However, still it would be better to tell her parents to have their eye on her for now and the future not to let her do taking such amount of pills again.

I took 6 pills of Zoloft?

Hmm, well, you can hope your blood pressure hasn't dropped and hope you are not at risk for a seizure, because those are symptoms of an overdose. I'm guessing if you've gone more than 4 hours and not died, you may not actually die, but an overdose of zoloft can cause death. If you do not start to feel better in the next few hours, call 911. Eat something now, take it slow and easy, and be sure to drink something, water first, and if you can tolerate drink more. If you have any fruit juice drink some.

I won't say how very dangerous that was - seizures, coma and death all result from zoloft overdoses. You may be one lucky person and just have to live with the vomiting, nausea, dizziness, tremors, and altered heart rate.

EDIT: Okay, well, you are 15, do that again and you may not reach 16. That's one of the stupidest things a person any age could have done. You are lucky to be alive, period. And what's the damn it about, we are simply telling you you could have killed yourself - I'd say the same to someone 30 and 50. And more so for you - DON'T DO IT AGAIN, YOU HEAR, IT'S DANGEROUS

My friend...midol overdose? 6 pills taken?

I get bad cramps and tend to loose track of how much I take just in an attempt to make them stop, so I've taken about that in a couple hours sometimes, but it has yet to do anything. But I also pop aspirin like tic tacs...
If it worries you, keep an eye out for poison like symptoms (nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, drowsiness, black or bloody stools, coughing up blood, shallow breathing, fainting, or coma) or call the number on the bottle and ask. They have people employed to help you when stuff like this happens. And doctors.

Would taking 6 zoloft be enough to kill someone?

Anything over the prescribed dosage would be considered an overdose.. Technically speaking.

I've been on Zoloft in the past and six Zoloft pills would not kill someone. I have overdosed on Zoloft and other meds, and it would take a lot of Zoloft mixed with other pills to kill someone.

And seriously, Zoloft isn't really a medication that gets you high. It makes you feel numb.. But not necessarily high...

I think your friend is lying to you..
