Someone Reported My Youtube Video As Abusive Content On Facebook

Can you be reported at the police for YouTube comments?

You can be ‘reported’ to the police for just about anything, up to and including, juvenile negative comments posted in response to some YouTube video. The bigger question comes after you get reported. Here's one possible outcome scenario:The scene includes three players.1 ) Dorky, juvenile Internet warrior, who talks smack. We'll call him DJ.2 ) whiny, YouTube celebrity wannabe. We'll call him WYC.3 ) Police officer responding to the complaint. Let's just call him Cop.Cop: “Sir, I'm here in response to your harassment complaint. Tell me what's going on.”WYC: “I made a YouTube video, and some really really mean guys are posting comments on it!”Cop: “Uh… Okay… So, why did you call us?”WYC: “They are big meanies! I want them arrested!”< Shows Cop mean comments made by DJ >Cop: “Sir, whilst I agree that these comments are mean, < rolls eyes >, and may possibly violate YouTube Terms Of Use agreements, and they appear to be the type of comments made by a typical bored 12 year old, they are not threats, and as such, are not criminal acts. Please grow a set, and stop calling the cops every time you get your feelings hurt.”Just my $0.02

Why are there so many abusive and hateful commenters on YouTube?

This is how people live out their frustrations and anxieties. The Internet has become a platform where people can comment whatever the hell they want without significant consequence. YouTube is a particularly good example of this where people, who might be normal straightforward individuals in real life, can swear, love, hate or even directly insult other people to make them feel better about themselves. I,for one,do not care about such comments because there will always be haters no matter what you do.Laugh at them but NEVER take them seriously! They are often the manifestations of one's problems in life. That is all.Hope I could help!CheersLaszlo

How many reports are necessary for a video takedown on YouTube?

There are 3 thingsUser reporting(Community Guideline strike) 2. Copyright StrikeUser can report a video to Youtube specifying the reason why that video is inappropriate. The video will then get flagged. YT reviews flagged videos as per the no. of reports per video. YT takes time to review these videos. If many people are reporting your video asking for a deletion then YT will review and then delete it if the video is anappropriate. So here 1 user reporting is not a strong basis for deleting the video but multiple reporting can cause video deletionCopyright strike is basically copied content caught by the owner who doesn’t want it to be used by any1 and so he claims to remove your video. You can have a discussion with the owner to take back the strike by deleting your video

What happens if you report a comment on YouTube?

The comment will get sent into a form of queue to be checked; said check will make sure that the comment isn't violating any rights/Ts&Cs that it's been reported for. This comment will either stay- if it's worthy according to the bots analysing the comment- or it'll disappear forever- if the bots don't like said comment. If this comment receives multiple reports, no matter what it's for, then the bots will check said comment for EVERY type of report possible. If the comment is violating any Terms of Service, then it'll be removed; otherwise, if it seems as though the reports were to troll the user/YouTube, then those who reported the comment will get a negative file put down on their profile(s). This won't do much, except change your ‘Community Guidelines Status’, the way you don't want it too. Here's an example of a general user’s status (recording YouTuber or not):

When I view my own videos on YouTube, does it count as a view?

Yes.If you view it, it’ll count as one additional view. It can only happen once per video, no matter how long it is online for.It is possible with the channel you submit the video on.It will not trigger anti-view botting like someone else said. That’s only for a sudden torrential wave of views in a short period of time. The algorithm is advanced enough now to know when it just you watching the video. What you CANNOT do is click on your own adds. That is a no no. That could get you banned if you YT figures it out, so just don’t do it.Another person said 300 times a day — that’s wrong too. It’s 1.Cheers

Youtube videos of parents scaring their baby?

Crying means many things. I'm tired and this is overstimulating me is one. My daughter loved this weird giraffe toy when she was that age, but then one night she was tired and when I set it off she started sobbing and acting like it hurt her. It never did before. It never did afterwards. Just that one night.

Crying can also mean "I don't understand what you're trying to tell me." I made the sound of a cow once for my daughter and she freaked out. That was not a sound she ever heard from me. Later she learned it was all a game and that if I was smiling it was a game.

You're not supposed to lock your baby in a safe room and never expose them to strange or different things. This baby is being interacted with, played with, and I'm sure the reason the video stops short is because they put the camera down and scooped the baby up. No abuse.
