Something About Cgpa In 10

What is the percentage if someone gets 10 CGPA in CBSE 10th standard?

10 CGPA is something that you get awarded if you get A1 in all your subjects and A1 means more than 90%. so it means anything more than 90 percent.getting a 10 CGPA is not about being intelligent or being hard worker. trust me it’s all about your consistency.i would tell you my story , what i used to do was wake up early at 5 and just have a quick look what my teacher at school going to teach me till 6.30. just go to school and trust me i was not a nerd so i didn’t kind of utilize my free periods at school.i used to come back from my school and have my lunch and do a session of 3 PM to 5 PM.after that i used to go to play cricket with my friends till 7 PM.and my final study session used to be from 7.30 to 10.30 and that’s all.that’s all i did just a consistent schedule and i managed to get a 10 CGPA and a award of Rs. 5000.trust me just follow a regular time table of 6 hours of study and you would have a great time.and don’t forget to message me when you get a 10 CGPA.

I got 1.93 CGPA????????

It is GPA. It stands for Grade Point Average. It is the average of all your grades for all your classes.

The typical scale is out of 4.0 points.

4.0 = A
3.7 = A-
3.3. = B+
3.0 = B
2.7 = B-
2.3 =C+
2.0 = C
1.7 = C-

So basically you are between a C- and a C.

Does the overall CGPA of class 10 has anything to do with the overall CGPA of Class 9?

The overall CGPA of Class 9th will not, in any way, affect your overall CGPA of Class 10th.The grades that you received in Class 9th will just be printed on the result sheet that you'll get at the end of Class 10th Boards, That's It. :)Be sure to read my other answers on the same topic, as well..All The Best..

What is CGPA (scale of 10) means?

I remember when my 10th result came out it was 8.6 cgpa. This was my first time i saw result in cgpa in place of percentage like before. So i thought it means I've got 86%. But later i found out a lot of my friends getting 10 cgpa, so my perception was wrong.In 11th, about 18 students was 10 cgpa holder in my class, damn that was too much.CGPA stands for Cumulative Grade Point Average, it traces your progress in CBSE system & other systems of edu. which follows grade wise assessment.1 CGPA is equal to 9.5 percentile (remember not percentage) so 10 CGPA implies 95 percentile which can be anywhere between 95%–100%but since the lowest is always taken as the standard, 10 CGPA always implies 95% (add or subtract 5% from 100%)Actually in CBSE result us provided in based of scores in points. For every 10 marks, you get a point, starting from 0 to 10.0-9 : 1 points9-19 : 2 points19-29 : 3 points29-39 : 4 points39-49 : 5 points49-59 : 6 points59-69 : 7 points69-79 : 8 points79-89 : 9 points90-100 : 10 pointsActually scoring 10 cgpa does not means you have scored 100% or something like that.For example, if a person scores 90 marks in each subject, will actually score 90% but his cgpa will be 10 because he's a 10 pointer (10+10+10+10+10)/5= 10.But if a person scoring 89 in one subject and perfect 100 in 4 subjects will have (10+10+10+10+9)/5= 9.8 cgpa but his percentage will be (100+100+100+100+89)/5= 97.8% which is way more than his 10cgpa rival.10 cgpa has nothing to do with your performance, and i don't know why this rule is being used in CBSE.10cgpa just means that you scored above 90 in all subjects. For knowing percentile you can multiply your cgpa with 9.5. For example 10x9.5= 95%.Hope this will help :)

6.01 is my CGPA on 10 point grade scale, what will be the percentage?

It is a little over 60%./

Is a 10 CGPA good for class 10?

Duh, yes.

Is it possible to get 0 CGPA in class 10?

Firstly I would state that it takes real hard work to achieve something less than 9 CGPA as far as CBSE class 10 is considered, and in that if you are scoring something that is out of possibilities then you are gifted or are supernatural.CGPA 5 would probably be the greatest Honour in the entire country and you might as well fetch some award or momento as a mark of remembrance from the Chief Minister of your state. Moreover, if you are scoring sharp 0(Zero) in the examination then you deserve something elegant and much big than the state can provide you. You would get some email into your inbox from the PM Office or might be like the Prime Minister himself descending down to your house to garland you and click a portfolio with the “Pride of the Country”.Practically getting such marks is absurd and impossible as far as statistics sat but it can get possible under one obvious scenario if the whole examination gets bunked due to illness or unfortunate circumstances, or in the worst case if the Daredevil decides to challenge the CBSE with enigmatic ways of answering not a single question in the examination of class 10 CBSE.CBSE class 10 with all its CGPA gradation is a whole bunch of shitty evaluation technique largely followed by schools.Here marks are a play tool and nothing enigmatic to score. If any general candidate taking the test is made to sit for an ICSE board class 10 examination, the pressure is felt. The whole marks giving policy seems so flawed and unjustified to me and highly non-judgemental as well.Nevertheless, hope you have a good examination and get something as accurate as 10 CGPA.

Is there any IIT student who got 9.2 CGPA in class 10?

How does your CGPA in Class 10 even matter to your admission in IITs? In case if you are curious to know if a fairly good student with a CGPA of 9.2 in 10 can make it to the IITs or not, then I have an answer for you.I have been through this journey and I have met many people during the process. Believe me, as long as your basic concepts in subjects like science and maths are clear, you will not face even a single problem in your preparation for JEE. Even if you are not that thorough with the topics taught to you in class 10 or before that, you have chance to brush them up again in class 11 or 12.I have heard stories where the top rankers declare that they started their JEE preparations from class 8 or 9.Believe me, its not necessary. Those two years after 10 are sufficient enough to crack JEE with a decent rank. So the presence of an IITian with 9.2 CGPA in class 10 mustn't bother you, as you can still work hard in those 2 years and make it to the one of the premier institutes of India.Hope my answer helps you. Period.
