Something Wrong With Iphone Battery

What's wrong with my phone battery ?

It might be the battery. Bring it to a store dealing with your phone and/or provider, ideally both.

My iphone battery won't die out !

NOTE: the problem isn't that i have a problem with the battery not dying. its that it might be dying and there is something wrong with the display. i have used it for 6 hrs 10 mins, and it still has not moved a centimeter from the full spot.

Is my iPhone 5s battery bad?

I went to Apple and they said that my battery is good and I only had my iPhone 5s for a year but lately it's been taking longer to charge, battery drains fast, and often overheats especially when trying to charge past 100% when it shouldn't.
So I did a little expirement:
- To go from 5% to 100% it took 6 hours and 22 minutes. (Without using my phone at all)
- To go from 100% to 5% it took 4 hours and 23 minutes (While using it the non-stop the entire time)
- To go from 100% to 5% it took 8 hours and 30 minutes (Without using phone at all)

Is my battery bad? If it's not my battery then could their be something wrong with my phone. I thought that a possible reason was because my apple charging cable broke so I used a third-party $3 cable for about a month before I got a new Apple cable...which is when the battery problem began. Idk.
I'm going to Apple tomorrow ask for a battery replacement but I just want to know if you guys think its worth the money?

How good/poor is the iPhone battery life?

I am going to be getting the iPhone soon, (woot ^_____^). Anyways, I was just wondering how the battery life is. Keep in mind I am a pretty avid internet user (youtube, facebook, email0, and I am well aware that will drain the battery. But, on average, for all you iPhone users, how is the battery life? Is it really tedious to have to charge it all the time? I have the iPod touch, and the battery runs like there's no tomorrow.I do however have, the second generation or something (i got it in Christmas of '09), so the battery life has probably increased I'm guessing. Also, do you recommend I get the 3gs or 4? My uncle has the 3gs and loves it, but I'm not sure if the 4 is that much better to spend an additional 100.00 on. Let me know if you have either model how your battery life is, and if you have had both models, which you prefer.

Thanks! ^______________________-^

Why does my battery go down when I'm using my iPhone while it's charging?

I am not a huge apple dude, but I have noticed this in Android phones also.I know that the 5s had something like this issue after my two-ish years of ownership of that phoneIf anything, I suggest changing out the battery. If you have had your phone for more than two years, your battery is going to have an issue. There is no such thing as the perfect battery that will last all eternity, but you can buy a replacement kit for under $35 on Amazon.Be careful when replacing the battery, because you may end up ripping or tearing the display cable that makes the whole phone work. How do I know you ask? ….. I was a Curious George and decided to replace an iPhone battery “successfully” when I was 13….. That didn’t end too well. (currently, have an LG G4 w/ 10,000 mAh battery mod)So, it’s best if you restart your phone, turn it off then back on, or reset the battery reader, which you do by:Charge the phone up to 100%Run a lot of applications in the background and use the phone until it goes down to 0%. (MAKE SURE LOW POWER MODE IS OFF!!)If the phone turns off, while it is at 35% (or lower), you probably have a bad battery/reader.If this happens, then let the phone cool for 10–20 minutes then retry this step. (DON’T CHARGE THE PHONE YET!)Charge the phone up back to 100% with the normal charger that came with the phone.Don’t use someone else’s charger, just my personal experience.Repeat steps 2–3 until you feel satisfied. If for some reason, your phone cuts of at less than 35%, on multiple attempts, then you probably have a bad battery reader & Battery.Just replace the battery and see if that fixes the issue. If not, you just have a shitty phone….. Why does my iPhone 5 battery die so fast?

I have an iPhone 5. My battery lately has been dying really really fast. Over the past three or four days, it's gotten to the point of me having to charge it three times daily just to keep it from dying completely.
1 year ago, I got a new battery installed because I was eligible for a free one. Now, I'm not eligible anymore.
I would like to know why this happens, because my sister's iPhone has a normal battery life, and she's never had to replace her battery since getting the phone. We got the same phone about a week apart, and we both charge it overnight (I know it's not that good) but why is mine constantly in need of battery replacement and hers never is?
Thanks!

My iPhone battery level won't go down?

i've used it all day with the highest battery drainers running and it won't even go down 1%. I know your gonna say why are you complaining? but I feel like something is actually wrong because it's usually dead by now and it hasn't dropped 1%

Why is my phone charger draining my battery?

If it is the original charger that came with the phone, then the charger might be faulty or the current is not enough. If the phone is old, then the battery is on it’s way to the grave. Buy yoursef a 5 volt 2.1 amp output usb/wall charger, that will solve any amp current problems. I recommend MP charger from streatham high road sw16.Ps. A charger does not drain a battery, any charge in a battery can be slowly lost when a charger is off and the + is attached to a circuit.Update: 08/04/2019. When a battery gets old and you are online with the screen on the battery will slowly lose charge because the phone is taking more current than the charger and battery can supply to charge and operate the phone at the same time. This happens to my phone and I have 2.4Ah battery. If you plug in a higher amp charger the problem should be solved. Minimum should be 1Amp charging current.Robert.
