Sophie Vs. Katerina Which And Why

Middle name for Katerina?

First off--congratulations!
Secondly--I LOVE Anastasia Sophia! It's gorgeous!

From your list I like Renee the best--Katerina Renee...but it doesn't have the same ring to it as Anastasia Sophia. So I was thinking Katerina Isabella. I know that Isabella isn't Greek though, so I was also thinking (based on the Greek names I looked at!):

Katerina Isadora (Isadora means "Gift of Isis")
Katerina Ambrosia (Abrosia means "Immortal")
Katerina Alexandria (or Alexandrina if you prefer) -- (Alexandria means "City of Alexander" while Alexandrina means "Defender of the People")
Katerina Alyssa (Alyssa means "Rational")

Katerina, the meaning I looked up, said it was Slavic for "Pure" but Katrina was Greek for "Pure" as well so I think that's the right meaning! I hope I've given you some inspiration. Good luck with your twins and congrats again!

Good middle names for Caterina/Katerina?

Katerina Anne.. xD

How about the name Sophie Anne?

My boyfriend for some reason loves Sophie, but not Sophia. So, I compromised and thought Sophie as the legal name would be okay because that's what she will be called anyways. lol. What do you think? Anne is my name, so we'd like to pass it down.

Do you like the name Katerina (or Caterina) for my daugher?

It is pretty. I like Caterina for the spelling. I think K is more of a masculine letter and C is more feminine, even though they make the same sound lol!

Middle name for Katarina?

I am looking for a good middle name for the first name Katarina. Not Katrina, but Katarina as in kata from catacombs and rina from arena. The last name is Springuel. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Why doesn't Prince William hold Princess Charlotte in public? Not that he doesn't, he's just always with Prince George.

I don’t believe for one second that there is any kind of deep strategy behind this apparent favouritism as suggested by some other answers as I think the answer is quite simple. The media probably favour pictures with William and George as they are both the next in line to succession and when Prince William is in public like this he is on duty working for the family firm. But the main reason is that it is just simply easier to control a fairly sensible, walking, talking older sibling who understands and can follow basic commands than carry a confident toddler who may just kick him in the nuts whilst having a tantrum or smear drink/ice cream/snot across his pristine suit.Probably better to address any international dignatories or the public without someone trying to cram a foreign body up your nose.I don’t think it is any more than managing the unpredictability of small children.
