I think technically succubus/incubus are singular spirits and have no gender, but appear as whatever gender their victim prefers, but I do not know much about them. I have not, however, come across any stories of gay or lesbian succubus/incubus.

I didn't know there was such a thing as "friendly" Succubi. If you believe in such a thing a succubus is an evil female entity that robs men of their spirit and vitality at night when they're asleep. The spirit that torments women in their sleep is called an Incubus. They are sometimes portrayed as ugly little demons that sit on your chest when you're sleeping and crush the breath out of you. Some people have actually reported waking up after feeling pressure on their chest and seeing something on top of them for a split second before they fully wake up.
