Delinquent sport/ fighting manga suggestions?
I'm quite the manga junkie, I'm looking for a manga that is shounen, something with a delinquent(or a group) who commit to some greater cause, like Rookies, Air Gear, Beelzebub, Bleach, Veritas... Please try give me alternative choices as I starting to feel like I've read all that I can. So just to clarify a fighting or sports manga with delinquents is what I'm after!! when i say fight manga or battle manga i mean something like naruto where some thought is put into the fights instead of just slashing a sword all over the place. but i do like super powers and abilities and all that junk. gore is optional any suggestions?

Clearly the guy looks for an anime where the protagonists is already GOOD and not a COMPLETE BEGINNER and most of the answers here throws up shows where the protagonists is a complete beginner. Wow Nice job. here are my suggestions 1. Dear Boys - the main guy here is 5'7 but can dunk 2. Buzzer Beater - Basketball to the next level where their opponents are aliens, the represerntative from earth is a beast. 3. Captain Tsubasa - The animation though is bad 4. Major - the story though starts with a kid but the kid has huge potential and when he grew up he can throw fastballs that stuns the batter.
