How many squats will give me bigger legs in two months?

From your question, I assume you are a novice. To build muscle, you must focus on the basics to start. Ignore muscle magazines as the articles are written for very advanced people by very advanced people. I would recommend ‘Stronglifts 5x5’ or it’s predecessor ‘Starting Strength’. Once you have taken these beginner programs as far as you can, should you move to the next step. Do not put a timeline on it(2 months, etc). Building muscle is a marathon, not a sprint.

Doing squats everyday for a month?

WOW its not that easy honeyyy!
firstly ,if you've never done squats before,its impossible to do over 200 perday,and even harder to do it for a whole month!
secondly,3OO squats requires alot of stretching(before AND after),hydration and rest
thirdly squats BUILD muscle ,but since you want to burn fat,you must do some CARDIO!
finally,one month of squats will make you sore than anything and not maintaining it after is just SAAAAD!

ANYWAY : here's my advice : jog for one hour every single day (with 15minutes of quad/calf stretching before AND after) preferably early in the morning on AN EMPTY STOMACH. eat alot of greens and fruits when hungry,discard oily food.THIS WILL put you on the right track gurl! and i'll bet you that you'll enjoy it so much that you'll never stop and thrive in becoming a super fit BABE!

How many squats should I do a day?

I would say about 100? But don't rush too quickly if you are not used to doing that much a day, instead start out small and then build up. However, if you want faster results then I would say 100 squats a day. I do 100 squats a day along with 100 lunges as well and I see amazing results. :)

So if i do 50 squats a day, will i see results in my butt by a month or two?

i have a flat butt and i want to get it plump and lifted and bigger & tighter like this:

will it get tighter and toned ?

How many squats per day?????

hmmm, that's a tough question. I've lost 20 pounds in the last 2 months and I do a lot of squats in my routine. Squats are great, but I know at least 7 different ways of doing them and I usually choose 2 or 3 different squat exercises per workout.

So I do 2 different squat exercises. 3 reps per exercise, 20 to 25 sets per rep, so 2x3x25 = 150. But I do 20 minutes of intense cardio on top of that and I eat right, and I do 7 other exercises in my workout.
