Standard tumbling mat material and size?
I am a gymnast looking into purchasing a mat for tumbling at home. I would like to know what the ideal material for a home tumbling mat should be. Also, if anyone knows of a good place or website I could purchase a cheap mat from that information woulda also be highly appreciated. Thanks!
What happens if you wash a "dry clean only" down comforter in the washer?
I have a down comforter...it's the standard type. White cotton (probably 350 thread count of so). I believe it's real down, not the down alternative. I really don't have the time to take it to the cleaners, I'm also not sure I'd want to pay to have it cleaned. I have a feeling it's gonna be expensive. So has anyone actually washed one of these in the washer? How'd you do it, and how'd you dry it? Also, if not in the washer, could I use something like Dryel or just hand wash it in the bathtub or shower possibly? Thanks!
