Started My Youtube Channel Today Need Some Help

What do you need to start a YouTube channel?

The basics.........
A computer, an internet connection + an IQ high enough to do the sign-up process.

To do it properly..........
A half decent camera (minimum 720p HD, but preferably 1080p, or 4k for future proofing)

Video editing software.... I use Corel VideoStudio Pro, other Youtubers seem to prefer Adobe products... either works.

A small selection of books from Amazon's kindle store to advise on running a Youtube channel in further depth, especially if you have intentions on making it at least moderately successful. My preference is these 2:

The patience of a saint when you're done editing the video and having to wait for the finished video to complete rendering in the video editing software... then same again when uploading to Youtube...

I want to start a youtube channel, but I'm to shy and scared. Help me?

I have been wanting to join the youtube community for a long time. Making videos, doing my best to make others happy, and do entertaining things like play games, or do vlogs or something... I'm to shy though. I have horrible social anxiety. I have been wanting to do this for quite some time, but whenever i turn on the camera and start recording myself playing games... I freeze and just kinda awkwardly sit there and say absolutely nothing... and when I do, it comes out soundly really awkward and quite. I don't know what to do ;-; Help me?

I am starting a YouTube channel soon. Can I have some help?

First off, you need to have an upload schedule planned out. How frequently you want to upload is up to you, but try to get one video out each week at the very least. Second, think about what type of content you want to produce. Do you want to make gaming videos, anime breakdowns, comedy sketches, etc. Finally, just have fun doing it. If you’re making youtube videos and not having fun you’re doing it wrong.

Need help for a youtube gaming channel. Ideas?

Im also starting a channel so i might be able to help you. You want to start off with a capture card instead of a pvr because theyre easier to use. Look for like a Roxio GameCap Pro or an Elgato Game Capture. The prices range from about $100 to like $150. Tv is a good size. I dont know why but i always wanted a youtube channel called AfterLifeGaming. It sounds sick. A good microphone would be a blue yetti or a snowball. If you dont want to spend too much on a mic just buy a 20$ microphone from like walmart or something. Theyre actually pretty good quality. When it comes to a headset just buy like a 50$ one like a turtle beach or something from eb games. You can connect them to your capture card and record voice along with gameplay. Easier to do live commentaries. Lots of people these days like to watch call of duty gameplays or minecraft so that would be my #1 recommendation. Its really hard to become popular on youtube these days considering how much people there are trying the same thing. So you wanna start off with a group of friends from a school or workplace. I started my channel 2 weeks ago and i got 20 subs already. Not a lot but im getting there. Hope my advice helped you :)

This is a low budget way for you to get your YouTube channel up and running with minimal expenses. Only a couple videos on my channel have ever been shot with an actual camera, but for the main part, I've been using my iPhone to record my videos and edit them. You DO NOT need a fancy expensive equipment to start a channel, just start somewhere and gradually do your research and find what equipment works for you. This video walks you through how to start a YouTube channel with an iPhone. Do you need a bunch of equipment to record videos such as a tripod or ring light? The answer is NO YOU DO NOT need a ton of stuff to start a YouTube channel on your phone. Luckily, you can simply use your iPhone to record videos if you choose to do so. If you're able to comment on other people's YouTube videos then you essentially already have a YouTube channel. It's just thought you haven't uploaded any videos onto your "channel" yet lol. All the editing you see in my videos are done on iMovie with my iPhone aha. The linked video aims to help you know how to start a YouTube channel with your iPhone or how, start a YouTube channel with an iPad or even start a YouTube channel with simply an Android or non Apple device. Hopefully, these few tips and overall outline from the video gives you an idea on how to start a channel, so you can save money before choosing to invest into an expensive camera or more professional YouTube channel setup. The iPhone (actually most modern phones) have a great camera on the back; however, I like seeing myself and want the video looks like as I'm recording so I prefer to use the front facing camera. Although it's not typically as great, but are still fairly good quality.
