You can try open-source scripts like MyBB, phpBB, SMF etc. for your community !You’ve to just need to download open-source package related to that script and then deploy on your server/hosting as per documentation steps (Mainly, you need to create a sql database and have to link that database with your script, done)You can also choose paid scripts also like vbulletin, Xenforo etc. depending upon your needs.Better try open-source ones if never experienced before !

Where do I start investing? What is a forum or a website where I can learn more?

Thanks for the A2A.Investing is more related to your personality and mental approach to things. Firstly you have to understand which type of investing suits you the most, following something which your brain is not wired for may lead to disastrous outcomes. Some people like to watch charts, some like to hear news while some just read all day for example.Often times, investing is a slow and steady process and not some get rich quick scheme. It requires reading as much as you can and analyzing those data and information to make a logical and intelligent decision. I would suggest to split to an amount that you can afford to lose, zero leverage and deploy the capital to the ideas which you have done research on. Remember, only money you can lose and focus on not making losses, rather than trying to shoot the lights out.Websites and all can be good resources, but do remember decisions have to based on your research, not someone elses'. That means you would have to read very widely, from A to Z and beyond. Library is a good place to start. Humans can be easily swayed by visual images and patterns and appeals to emotions. Similarly, it does not matter if its a blue chip, penny or mutual, you would still need to do your research diligently. If you know a penny stock inside out versus punting it on friends' recommendation, then it would still be a good decision nonetheless. It feels easy to pull the trigger until you see the losses. I cannot emphasize the basis to have your independent stand since many a times, the majority of the crowd can be wrong but yet appear to be right.Lastly, if you realize your brain is not wired for investing at all, perhaps try going for a reputable fund with low charges and a vested manager. Most people will have difficulty achieving what the mutual or index funds do due to a combination of a lack of committed resource for research and interest for investing as it can get pretty dry.

How do I start a Role-Playing Website?

There are a number of free forum networks out there like Yuku and Proboards that will allow you to create a forum for free. From there's, it's just a matter of creating a setting and finding players.

If you're looking to create a roleplay group on an existing community, you might try a site like http://www.roleplaygateway.com

Many roleplay sites die off within the first year. Being successful will require a lot of work. Make sure you know what you're in for. Check out http://www.theadminzone.com/forums for some great discussions with forum admins from all over.

Lastly, I ought to mention my own roleplaying website, http://stararmy.com - it's a space opera-themed forum-based roleplaying community that's been around for over seven years. It's a good example of a successful roleplaying website.

Should I start a forum website for earning money (AdSense, etc.)?

If you can let me know about which TV show you have FB page, I can help you more precisely. Because your Monetisation strategy will directly depend on the theme of that TV show.As mark has rightly said, FB page having 120K likes is also a good platform for earning decent amount. Let’s say, if you can create and promote your FB group properly and at least 20K people joins it, then also it would be huge customer base for you already.I also suggest you to work on a forum in parallel. Because having your own separate Blog is way more better than completely relying on third party platform like Facebook. But your first step would be creating a Group and attracting maximum people of your existing page to join that Group. Later on, based on the theme of that TV show, you may sell products or become affiliate partner of existing products, too.For instance, selling T-shirts, photo frames, episode CD etc can be a good option.Hope this helps!

A good website to start getting into the furry fandom?

There are many great sites for furries. As I'm usually short on time due to work and life getting in the way I don't usually spend a lot of time on forums so I can't say one is better than the other. That'll be for you to decide.

A good place to start is FurAffinity.net where you can create a user page for your fursona. With that page you can upload your own submissions of art, photography, animation, music, and writing, as well as viewing submissions and journals of other people. FA does also have a forum that keeps quite busy (watch out for the drama queens who like to piss people off).

Another great one is Furry4Life.org, another site where you can set up a user page for your fursona. That site is geared more towards social networking. It has groups of specific topics you can join, a chat room, discussion boards, and more.

Convention-specific sites also have their own forums. The three I go to are the forums at Anthrocon.org (Anthrocon), Furfest.org (Midwest FurFest), and FurryConnectionNorth.com (Furry Connection North). Many other conventions have their own forums, too.

And some websites I've recently joined but haven't had time to do anything with yet are Furnation.com, forums.Furtopia.org, Furango, Furocity, IamFurry, and SoFurry. Among all these sites I've mentioned you're sure to find a furry site that feels like home to you. Welcome to the furry fandom!

What is the easiest way to make a online forum website?

It's easy to start an online forum, but it's much harder to make it successful. Also as this is tagged to "wanting and making money", I would suggest you think twice. Forums are not about making money. Also, in my experience, forums that are successful usually come from a place of passion, or are tied to an existing product. If you goal is simply to just get up a forum, you have an objective that makes sense, and  you have no issue on cost, just go to a hosted solution. You can focus your energy on building the community and not the time it takes to maintain the back-end.

What're some good forums/websites?

So I used to go on forums a lot. Mainly one's that have other websites affiliated with it. Like Vmkmagic.com (before it closed). So I'm asking if there are any fun, active, forums where mainly teens hang out? I used to RP and all the best one's usually hang out on forums like that. So it would be nice if these websites had RPs. And active. If you've been on VMKMagic, or VFKForums you know around what I'm talking about.
Suggestions for other websites/forums would be nice too. Like Weheartit.com or etc...Smaller community forums. :)

How do you create a free forum website?

It seems that one of the best forum site approaches has been taken by Stack Exchange. I don’t know if you are familiar with it. I also don’t know if you’re intent is to really ask about the mechanics involved in creating in. Or if you’re interested in creating one for yourself.Perhaps you have a community that has a need for a forum. In that case you have this option available. Take a look Is the Stack Exchange engine available for use?In the case that you want to actually roll your own, that’s another story. You would do it like any other web application. Gather your requirements, create some initial designs, choose your platform, choose your programming language and your back end storage and create a web application. It would likely take a significant amount of labor to do so.

How do I start a membership based website and forum (assume audience already exists, but I have no website or forum experience)?

You can take the long road and learn WordPress, BuddyPress and possibly bbPress, or you can hire a freelancer to build a site for you that does what you want. You will need someone with the skills to maintain the site, however. I would put together a workable plan before jumping headfirst into what it sounds like you’re planning to do. “Starting” a website is pretty easy. It’s everything after and the attention to details that end up mattering the most, however.
