Ive been getting pains since i started working out?

I'm afraid that you may be risking a hernia from what you described. Please stop including the chins in the routine until you're a little more fit. It takes huge muscle power to do this and it may be too soon in your training for this.

Please don't let people tell you that pain is normal. Pain in the muscles from strain is normal. Pain in the testicles/abdominal pain is not. When they come up with a machine that works 'the boys', people can tell you this is normal.

16 Years Old, Testicle Pains?

Hi I am 16 years old and have been having testicle pain for about 2 weeks on and off. Its like a dull achy pain, nothing like oh my god, but its annoying and starting to worry me. My parents said to check for lumps and i really haven't felt anything. Would a lump be free floating in the scrotum or on the testicle itself? I feel the little falls at the top, and like theres something at the bottom of them but it feels like a chord like a vein or something.

I am really worried its cancer and am freaking out. I have been masturbating about 2-3 times a day but have been about 2 times a day for a few days now. I check them a lot because I am scared. i squeeze the two little balls at the top a lot and I think that could be contributing to it.

My girlfriends on vacation and I havent seen her for a like 4-6 days. Could it be blue balls?

Do old people worry about dying?

Old people like myself who have never married and had no children do not worry about dying. And don’t tell me about the joys of life I’m missing. I know most all the dark evils of women. I still think I’m immortal at almost 74 years. I theorized about my own health and happiness. Why am I always happy and why am I always healthy? It’s because I’ve simulated the wonder of the child-like mind. Not a simulation—the real thing. Small kids don’t think about their own death—their too busy learning about the new world around them and this grows their brain. I study Russian language like kids in the USA learn their new language, English. I learn the British accent, Forex Trading, and have grown wiser in the ways of rigorous exercise, I shun automobiles and travel exclusively by bicycle—like a kid does. I still look young and think young and work part-time with only young people. The natural physical exercise of kids is adapted to a more rigorous, systematized approach. I don’t visit doctors at all relying on a healthy, minimal diet and rigorous exercise. I have never bought health insurance. I gambled that my way of living wouldn’t require health experts. By not driving, I have avoided the annual carnage on the highways. At age 80 I expect to be still learning and exercising while many of my contemporaries are either dead or preparing to die. I have not retired. I am beginning to think immortality is a definite possibility.

I've been having chest pains, what's wrong?

I'm starting to get worried I may have signs of heart disease or something (probably worrying to much). When I'm resting my heart beats slow and heavy (don't think its dangerous), I also have pains in my chest sometimes, sometimes it hurts so bad I can't breathe (its rare that it hurts this bad) sometimes my head goes numb (right above my right eye) I'm tired all the time, unless I'm walking around (probably sleeping to much), when I was working today, I felt a sharp pain, it wasn't unbearable, but it was on my left side, underneath my arm, right around the area of the heart, I also felt pain right on top of it to, but it was like a burning sensation, not really painful at all, and just about 10 mins ago My jaw started to ache on the left side, not like a tooth ache or anything, but just a normal headache (could this be from straiin). What in the hell is going on with my body? I've had the chest pains for months (I think its stress related) but everything else is new to me. My heart rate doesn't seem to speed up like it use to if I hold my breath either, it speeds up and slows down. Can someone help?

In complete terms.

Sharp stabbing pain in the left breastbone underneath the arm right by the heart (not seriously painful but noticeable, also no loss of breath).
Sharp stabbing pain in front of the heart, again, not really dehibilating pain but enough where you can't ignore it.
Chest pains in the middle of the chest (Most likely from stress).
Pain only noticeable if I breathe in deeply.

Is it normal for a woman to have a pain fetish?

My girlfriend likes to give and receive pain in the bedroom. I know people have fetishes but I am starting to worry hers is a little extreme. She likes to punch, kick and squeeze my testicles. I will even let her stand on my testicles if she is really in the mood. Sometimes she slaps and hits my face. After she tries to hurt me she wants me to choke her, squeeze her nipples and punch her clitoris.

She gets really excited when we do it and we use a code word in case things get too out of hand. But I am just wondering if something is really wrong with her? I have a really high pain tolerance and can handle anything she dishes out but I am worried about hurting her. Is this a normal pain fetish?

Tonight she wants to a groin kicking contest where I kick her in the groin and then she kicks me in the groin until one of us gives up...

My wrist, arm and forearm have started to pain all of a sudden while writing and I am deeply worried. What might be the reason?

This pain is due to cervical radicular inflammation.nerve swling in short. Simple test is if u hold that painful forearm above head pain will reduce .that indicates it is related to neck.U need to do shoulder shrugs and take medication to reduce nerve swelling. Common cause is exposure of neck to cold while sleeping at night.Use hot fomentation.stay away from cold air blast from ac or cooler or fan at night and at work.Medication needed can be in form of pain relievers.swelling relievers and those making nerve quiet.

Why is my chest hurting after smoking two to three cigarettes daily?

I'm not a doctor, but if you've been regularly smoking two to three cigarettes per day, I'd guess the most likely cause of your chest hurting is simply psychosomatic worry about smoking two to three cigarettes per day.If you've never normally smoked and have just been doing this for a short while, it might be the result of some irritation and somewhat increased congestion that you're not accustomed to, though I'd doubt that since millions of people smoke ten times the amount you're speaking of without having their chests hurt from it.Don't simply dismiss the psychosomatic explanation: psychosomatic aches and pains are very common, particularly in situations where one has been predisposed toward expecting such effects.  Given the constant barrage of antismoking messaging in the media I'd expect that most people who have smoked for less than five or ten years without pronounced ill effect would often have such reactions.  If a little green man pops up in front of your face a dozen times a day and yells "YOU'RE GOING TO DIE!" at you... well, you'll probably worry about dying and start suddenly noticing every little ache and pain and muscle strain that you ordinarily would have simply never noticed.  After ten or twenty years go by most smokers will have realized that they're not about to drop dead at their next puff of the forbidden weed and be a bit less prone to pains induced by worries. If you find that you actually have a significantly increased amount of chest congestion from your smoking, you may be coughing more frequently, and that could lead to the pain as well.  Again, that's the sort of thing I'd expect to see more likely in a fairly new smoker than someone who'd smoked at that level for a long time.- MJM, not a doc, but someone who's smoked a lot more than two or three a day for a long time.

My 3.5 yr old constantly complains of stomach pain?

My child has complained of stomach aches for years and I'm told she's sensitive and that's why. That she's easily stressed. I don't know if I believe it or not. Another doctor told me that it's not uncommon during growth spurts for kids to have constant stomach aches.
I have a friend that says she had constant stomach aches as a child that was also associated with growth spurts.
They don't want to do any of the additional testing on children with stomach aches because its very painful and traumatizing, unless the child is having issues going to the bathroom. I would only really start to worry if you find blood in stools or her bathroom habits start to change.

You would be surprised at some of the things that can stress certain children out. Once I picked my daughter up from preschool and I had everything from my closet pulled out on my floor (I was spring cleaning) and she shook and cried and got extremely nervous and stressed. Some kids really are just overly sensitive by nature. Not saying that's for sure what is going on with your daughter- but just something to consider.
