They will not be able to see the password. When you connect to Yahoo's login page, you set up an encrypted connection. There are procedures in place to make sure that you are actually connecting to Yahoo and that your employer isn't listening in the middle- that's what the Lock icon on your computer means. They can't even see your password for the local network. They can change it, but they can't see it. There is a one-way-only function called a Hash that is used to verify passwords. The hash, and not the original password, is stored in the computer. And hashes are pretty secure- MD5 is considered "broken" because it only takes 10 million tries to guess your password if they have the hash.

I use google chrome and recently it deleted all my extensions and blocked websites( facebook is the only one i know, but I'm guessing more), changing my startup, as well as denying me any customization of my account. I'm the only user of this computer Things I cannot change because "This setting is enforced by your administrator" disconnecting google account what comes up on startup Passwords and forms Network/proxxy settings extensions etc... It's really annoying. Any help?

How do I bypass (hack) the administrator password of a Windows 7 computer?
Warning- Don’t use this trick of resetting PC password in Windows 7 without any password reset disk or anything.First of all what you have to do is simply logon to the password screen where it is asking for password.Now in the bottom right corner just click on restart and repeat this process till you get a message in the screen stating that Windows failed to start.Now click on Launch Startup Repair than it would take some time stating that searching for errors.Than it would state that Startup Repair cannot repair automatically and it would ask to send the information about this problem BUT you dont have to click on this option.and you have to click on the option stating Don’t Send and you have to click on View problem details.Now you have to scroll down till you get a statement saying that to read our offline privacy policy click on the text document and it would open the text document into Notepad.Now what you have to do next is click on File->Open->Computer->C:->Windows->System32 and the change the file types to All files using dropdown menu .And now there will be a application named Utilman.exe and you have to rename it to Utilman1.exe and in the same folder there will be a application named cmd .Now make a copy of the cmd and rename it to Utilman.exe.Now the work is over and you have to close all the things runnning than it will ask for close startup repair and restart computer .Now after restarting you have to click on the Ease of Access Button which earlier contained options like Magnifier,Narrator etc..But now a cmd window will open and you have to type a command -control userpasswords2and now click on your Administrator account and in the bottom right corner if the windows it will ask for Reset Password.Now enter the New password and confirm password and That’s it.Now your password has been changed and Now it will login .Image source: Google.Thanks

I never hire for a position, I always hire for two or more steps above where they start. You need to have that founding organization to help you grow and so they have to be up to the challenge that comes with growth.Too often small companies hire someone who is resistant to change and feels uncomfortable in an ever-changing growth environment. They want their job to remain the same, day-in, day-out. Don’t hire that person if you intend to build your business. Look for someone who is eager for change and growth and loves the challenge that comes with that growth.I’m working with a company right now that was resistant to growth for many years. We changed the culture and began to think about how we could become something larger and more nimble so we built the company accordingly and we’ve almost doubled in size from 65 people in about eighteen months to 120, which includes some signed offer letters. Revenues also doubled.The point is, if you are to grow, your entire organization has to be poised for it rather than constantly backfilling roles, but only on demand. This backfilling approach often costs companies far more than they know in lost opportunities. I know that some financial circumstances can limit who you add and when, but you can gain far more for your money by adding people with headroom versus hiring people who are already at their skill limits with little capability to go beyond just the job you need filled right now.Also make sure at this stage that their skillset is very broad, while solid in one particular area. As you grow each role sheds hats while beginning to specialize in one area. You don’t want to lose good people who were good at a lot of things, but never became great at the one thing the company really needs.
How to disable startup programs in Windows 7 Guest account?
I have 2 user accounts in my laptop. One is my admin account and other is a Guest account for my parents. I don t want any startup items like Skype, Dropbox, etc in the Guest account. Can someone please help in deleting all startup items for the Guest account in Windows 7?
