Steam chargeback? account restricted for 9 weeks!?
Ok, so as soon as I logged in my Steam account I got a a pop up message saying "MasterCard has charged back a recent Steam Store Transaction". It then says "Content Purchased with these wallet funds has been removed in your account". There were a total of 32 of these messages, each with a different price I paid for each game. So, then I checked my wallet funds and I had -149.27 in my wallet! I have no idea what that means, does it mean I owe them money or something? Because I paid all content legitimately with my debit card. PLS HELP!!!!
Can i receive steam gifts on a restricted account?
So yea title says it all really this is what my steam says: This account will be restricted for 9 weeks (until 2 Jan). Purchasing, gifting, trading, cd-key activation, and Steam Community access have been disabled. If the chargeback is removed, this restriction will be lifted and the content will be returned to your account. i know i can't send gifts but can i receive gifts?
