Strictly Result This Weekend. I

Is my brother to strict??

Okay so 2 year ago my parents past away. And I was 10 now I'm 12 and I needed a legal guardian and that is my brother he is 27 now so he can be my a legal guardian! He has so many rules here are some of them:
1) school- I must go every day unless if I'm sick if I'm sick I'm too sick to be on my phone to talk to my friends to play on my laptop and so on.

2)room = Keep it as clean as you would like. However no friends will come over with a trashy room. He does not pick my dirty clothes up for me, and He will not wash clothes last minute because I wouldn't bring them to the laundry. If it does go beyond just untidy to down right nasty. He will clean it, but I wont like it

3) Friends = I can have any friends I want. However if they are to be in His home they must act right and be respectful. He will not be disrespected in his own home by a child.

4) Bed Time = I need get up at 5:00 every morning for dance practice. So I need to go to bed at 7:30

6)Chores = I don't have many because I have school and dance. On the weekend I will have a couple chores to do, and if i don't privileges get taken away.

7)Grades = he expect me to do my best. If my grades are bad i have to spend extra time every night on that subject to improve the grade. I also will lose time away from my phone will be taken away.

8)How I act = In a respectful manner. He will not be disrespected in his own home!
He tells me that it's good that I have all of these rules but I don't really feel it is it true?

Do you enjoy cooking or is it something you do strictly because you have to?

I love to cook; it’s my favorite thing to do. Cooking gives me the freedom to indulge and explore different ingredients and create something that others can enjoy as well. For me, it’s a delight to watch my loved ones enjoying the food that I can cook.I mostly cook on the weekend when we have friends over but given a chance I do it on weekdays as well.I am married to a wonderful woman who cooks very well but since I am so passionate about cooking she lets me do it more often than she likes. As an Indian I love to cook the flavours from back home that I miss most living in USA but love to explore other cuisine as well. These are the few things that I have prepared recentlySpaghetti with Garlic bread.Crispy fried fish.Scrambled egg with tea ( Wife’s favorite Snack )Mutton Biryani ( My absolute favorite and worth the 4 hour ritual )Tandoori chicken with Cabbage SlawMalai Chiken Curry ( Only if you are not watching calories, totally yum )Chicken Curry ( My go to dish )Veg JalfreziChicken Pahadi with coleslawFish Curry and rice ( with iphone )Chicken Salad sandwich with Arugla ( Have to act healthy sometimes )Last but not the least Pad Thai ( Had to learn on wife’s request )Cooking at home has multiple advantages, it saves you money, keeps you healthy and it makes all the women (men too) in your life happy including your mom, sister, wife, and daughter. For me cooking is pure NIRVANA.Peace

All politics aside, from a strictly legal standpoint, does Indiana's religious freedom law allow for LGBT discrimination, or has it been misinterpreted as Governor Pence claims?

Indiana’s religious freedom law doesn’t “allow” LGBT discrimination because LGBT discrimination was already allowed by the fact that LGBTs are not a protected class in Indiana. Despite this fact, I haven’t heard, in all the news coverage, of any instances of businesses openly and legally discriminating against LGBTs.Religious freedom laws were implemented to protect the religious practices of the less powerful in our society. Bill Clinton’s signed a Religious Freedom Restoration Act in 1993 in response to a case involving a Native American who was fired as the result of using peyote in his weekend religious ceremony. This was thought by many to be unfair as some Christian denominations use alcohol in their religious ceremonies. The RFRA states that:  “Government shall not substantially burden a person’s exercise of religion even if the burden results from a rule of general applicability.” In layman’s terms, religious freedom laws were designed to allow for religious practices that aren’t an overwhelming burden to society, even if we must bend the rule of law to do so.  Nineteen states have passed RFRAs similar to the Federal law. There is no instance I know of,  of a successful court case where RFRA-based discrimination was upheld against LGBTs. Governor Pence is correct in saying this law is being misinterpreted.  This whole debacle is a hypersensitive emotional overreaction by the “religious Left” in America.

Can I know when the class 12 results are announced?

The CBSE Class 12 examination results are likely to be announced by Saturday evening, sources in the country’s largest education board said. The Central Board of Secondary Education, which sets the curriculum and organises school-clearing examinations for millions of children across the country, has decided to continue with its five-point moderation policy for this year.“Results will be declared in light of the High Court’s directions and keeping our declared five-point moderation policy in mind. There will be strictly no spiking of marks and the decision taken in the April meeting will also be followed,” a source said. If not Saturday, the official added, result will certainly be declared by Sunday.Link :CBSE likely to declare Class 12 results tomorrow, will not challenge HC order on moderation of marks

Can you buy a gun if you have a suspended drivers license?

A suspended driver's license would not bar you from purchasing a gun, although you might have to take the bus to and from the gun show, since such a suspension DOES bar you from operating a motor vehicle. However, there is a condition that could easily occur during a suspension of license that would bar you. Were you convicted of a crime, and did the suspension result from that conviction?

The exact severity of a criminal conviction needed to restrict weapons ownership varies from state to state. Some states will ban weapons ownership for certain types of misdemeanor, though this is rare. Some states extend that to restraining/protective orders, without a criminal conviction, though not all do. Generally any felony conviction will remove your right to own or possess a weapon (even picking one up to look at, at a gun show booth counts as possession). Some types of probation carry weapons restrictions as well.

Without knowing where you live, whether you have a criminal record, or what other court-related troubles you may or may not have had, I can't really tell you anything specific about whether you could buy (or even handle) a gun at all.

Is ultraflix good?

Family got a 65 inch 4k TV this weekend. I've been very impressed with the upscaling of 1080p, and I've seen breaking bad in 4k on Netflix, again being impressed. Is ultraflix a good streaming app. Specifically the film interstellar, which looks amazing on the blu Ray, is 9.99 on ultraflix. I also enjoy that the blu Ray ratios switch from letterbox to full screen IMAX. Does streaming interstellar do this as well? Or is it strictly in letterbox?
