How unsafe is it to drive with a rear broken spring?

Do you really want to drive around in a vehicle that can kill you or someone else? If the condition of your vehicle causes a crash, you will be held responsible. I have a pretty good understanding of how vehicles work, and what I can limp home and what I should have towed, but that’s my decision, and I have to be able to live with any consequences.
