Sorry, that's all I know off the top of my head

Does smoking weed help studying?

i agree with some answer that stated if the work including creative thinking, such as painting, creating artwork etc, smoking some weed might be useful to enhance your performance, i remembered watching a documentary about some famous painter from france smoke weed while he paint because apparently according to him smoking weed while painting make him less criticize of his own work thus he is more relax. From my own perspective, i can never study or do revision while being stoned. however, i remember one time i was rushing a 3850 words law essay, i couldn't link up between some of the paragraph and the conclusion, so instead of finished up the essay which i have to hand it in 2 days afterwards, i was so eager to smoke weed after a whole productive day.. so i smoke a big fat joint. while under the influence, i was chilling, eating some foods, listening to music, then accidentally alt-tab my essay so i just read through it casually. then, BAM ! i added in a few sentences and all the essay suddenly make sense as all my points and conclusion are linked up ! Amazing isn't it how some substance could really mess with your mind. so, i wouldnt say that smoking weed is a compulsory things to do while studying, but smoking a few to relax doesn't make any harm.On the other hand, some of my friend can take a full cap of bong hit before entering the exam hall as they claimed that smoking weed help them to focus and think outside of the box. for me, i don't know, i think if i smoke a full cap of bong hit before an exam, i'd spent the rest of examination time looking at the ceiling, let my thought rush here and there, thinking about when will the exam end so i could smoke more.. idk. its just my opinion.

Kinda depressed..? (sorry, it's kinda long..)?

It's not just the guy thing. I could care less about guys right now, it's my grades. I feel like I study my a** off and still get terrible grades. And I am being myself, I just can't really connect to anyone.

When I study too much my head starts hurting. What should I do in this situation to stop the pain?

It seems to me that you do not take breaks. Try this. At the beginning of every hour, do deep breathing about 5 times , that means you breathe in slowly and breathe out slowly preferably with eyes closed. After a few breathes, it finds it’s natural rhythm. After every hour of study, get up from your place and move around for 5 minutes. Then, deep breathe again and continue to study. After every one or two hours of study, rub your palms against each other fast, till they generate heat, hold them like a cup and place them around your eyes, so that there is no light and eyes are relaxed. Rub your palms again till they generate heat and wipe them on your forehead & face. When you study without a break, the brain does not get time to relax and that causes headache. Deep breathing not only helps calm down our system but also helps in retaining whatever you study for the whole hour and not missing anything. While if you study continuously, you will remember what you studied at the beginning and end well but you may not register what you studied during the course of the hour and also strain yourself. Research has proven this. Also take care of your body that aids the effort you have to put to studying. Get sufficient sleep. If you don’t have enough sleep, your cognitive functioning is hampered. You will have restlessness and headache even then. Get the required nutrients. Eat food that is easy to digest and not food rich in oil or has high amount of sugar. If these practise does not yield result, then see an opthamologist. There are more practices you can adopt.
