I am not 100% sure whether they test for it or not,but I do know people who smoke it on a regualar basis and when they knew that they were going for thier medcial exam for thier Australian visas,they didn't smoke it for 4 to 6 weeks before thier medical exam just to be on the safe side,and they all passed thier medical tests.
