What should I name my Facebook fan page?
Hi, Once you set the Facebook web address for your Facebook page (http://facebook.com/*****) you can only change it once, so be careful about that. As with the page name, you can change it multiple times but only up to 200 hundred fans. Regarding the Facebook page name, it all comes down to how you want to brand yourself, and there is no good or wrong choice. For example, how do you sign your artwork, just by using your name or full name? Do you have a company established or are you considering to have one? I would also suggest you looking into other artists and see what' working for them: are they using just their names? Or do they add 'Artworks' or 'Art' or 'Designs', 'Photography' to the page name?In my opinion just using the name would not be enough - unless it is very, very unique (say Bono or Sting, even if those are stage names) and there's no way people would consider you for someone else. Having both your first name and last names gives a more consistent look and that can be used across all the marketing channels. In your case I'd go with either 'Name Surname' or 'Name Surname Artworks' - the first one would be better if you decide to change your work as an artist in the future, while the second gives an understanding on what you're doing right away, so it might be easier to catch people's attention. Depends on your long-term intent with the community. If it’s going to be closed and secret, and seriously just for support and helping each other out, then a Facebook group would be ideal. You can limit posts to your approval only (but honestly I don’t recommend that — if it’s a community, people should be able to speak freely, don’t you think?) post links, post blogs, and all that fun stuff.But if you eventually want it to be known publicly, a Facebook Page is better. You won’t be able to stop people from commenting — and you won’t want to, either. The more people comment on your page, the better traction it gets in the Facebook feed. More people will see it. What are some good name ideas for an artist’s Facebook page if he wants to remain anonymous?

My Facebook is randomly liking pages, is this spam or what?
Okay so on my facebook there will be randomly pages liked. I find out about it when I see it in my newsfeed. I don't know if this is spam because I always thought spam posted on your friends walls and sent them messages. No one knows my password and I only go on facebook on my laptop(I'm the only one who uses it). And the type of pages they are don't make me suspect it's someone. You'd think if someone was liking pages on my account they'd do funny ones or something. These are pages that are very random. One time is was an energy saving company or something and another time it had something to do with India (like a religious group) and another time it was some random tech company. This last one was some band. They are all very unknown (only 1,000 or less likes) and I check my profile sometimes and it usually says MY NAME likes
Is it possible to block a musician/band page on Facebook?
This isn't a case of me liking the band (I do not have them "liked"), and I don't need to know how to block them from showing up in my news feed. I am being harrasssed by the administrator of the page so I need to know how to block them from being able to view my page and from being able to contact me via Facebook messaging. I do not know the administor's email address, so I can't block it that way. Any help would be appreciated.

I have an individual personal facebook page but I want to create a facebook page that represents my business...so my clients can visit it. Is there a special way to do this? I'm afriad to try because while trying to make a facebook page for my son recently I was blocked. Not sure why. Could have been because of his birthdate showing he was under 18??
