If you're gaming at anything less than 1080p get the GTX 1050, but if you have a 1080p monitor get the GTX 1050ti. With these cards you end up getting the most value, because they won't bottlenecked by your CPU to a great extent if you play at higher resolutions.Get the GTX 1050 with the least vram if you use a monitor which is has a resolution less than 1080p, because at lower resolutions you don't need a ton of VRAM and you'll end up saving some money without affecting your performance.

Hello there! I want to buy the Lenovo G470 but its integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics puts me off because of the bad reviews I read about it, so I want to know if the laptop has a slot for another graphics card. People say that there are laptops which have integrated graphics that still have a place for another card and I'm wondering if the G470 is one of them. I know there's a pricier Raedon version of the G470 but I have a tight budget at the moment and I plan to upgrade the graphics card later. Intel HD 3000 could still serve me well for a while. Is there still hope for the G470 having better graphics? Your replies would be greatly appreciated.
