Suggest Me Some Daily Workout Plan So That I Can Lose 6-7 Kgs.

How fast will I lose weight if I do this daily?

you need to run much more than 1 K everyday. I'm 14 and I was disgusted with my body and how i looked when i was 13 (i weighed 100 kilos and i was 160cm). so i promised myself that i would lose weight.

so what i did was i ate my assigned amount of calories each day and nothing more. (usually a little bit less if you are desperate)

i would recommend running an extra 100 meters everyday to build up your fitness.

but heres my story:

I was rather ill around the beginning 2011 and usually when you're sick you lose a little bit of weight. and thats exactly what happened. so i found that only did my body start looking better but i generally started feeling better. and thats when not eating as much came in. then i started losing more weight.

but then something that changed my life happened. I went to the local shopping centre and i watched my friend play on a dance machine. so i bought the one for home (i wasn't going to embarrass myself in public like that, haha) and i didn't realise but everyday i was playing and i was burning thousands of calories every session. and come 6, 7 moths later i lost 30 kilos.

so i would recommend buying that off ebay as i helped so much and i just want to pass my help on. as for food i eat a lot of green beans (at almost every meal) but let it be known that trainers and nutritionist say to steer clear of fatty foods but lets face it the occasional fattening treat, isn't going to kill you. so i hope this helped you.

What I've been doing is looking up things like the right amount of calories, fat, carbs, protein and fiber i should be eating on a daily basis, and trying to stay in that limit, which i've been doing well at. if you look it up, most things will say your healthy calorie intake for a day is about 2000 or so calories a day. If your trying to loose weight though, i've found that anywhere between 1000 and 1600 is good.

if you have less then 1000 calories a day, your body will start to store those calories, instead of using them, giving you the opposit affect that you want.

The hardest part for me though is watching my carb intake. You want to have anywhere from 130 to 190 carbs a day. The carbs are in everything you eat, even in say one bottle of ice tea, you can find around 30 carbs or so. The carbs are part of what keeps the weight on you. your body needs them to run and work, but anything extra gets stored in your body, giving you extra weight.

30 grams of fiber (which, i find its hard to get enough of the fiber). It is what helps to fill you up.

when it comes to exercise, everybody should have at least 60 minutes of it a day to be healthy. I have trouble with that part to, but anything can be considered exersize. you can go to the mall, and wlk around stores for an hour, and then you have your hour of fitness. it can be simple stuff like that, it doesnt have to be hard sports, or running, or workouts.

The easiest thing i've found to do that burns a lot of calories but is fun, is to turn up some really good music with a fast beat, close my bedroom door, and just dance around like an idiot for half an hour. it will burn over 300 calories, and its fun. Plus you can do it at home, where no one has to watch you.


I've been doing just these kinds of simple things to stay healthy and get fit, and I started this on sunday. I've alread lost 3 pounds, and it seems to be working well. It's just a matter of sticking to it!
