Suggest Me Some Technique To Start My Cat Preparation

How do I start my cat preparation?

To prepare for CAT, you have to do well in each of the sections. Here is what one must do to score well in each of the secitons:1. VA: It has been a scoring section for the last 4 years. You need to read at least 2 hours a day to get better at Verbal. You may begin with something easy to read (if you are not into reading) but have graduate to reading classics and editorials. The articles used to make CAT RCs are from New York Times, BBC and The guardian editorials. So, reading such stuff will directly help you in scoring well in RCs. Apart from reading, master RC/PJ/Odd one out/Para Summary techniques which can improve your accuracy. To Score well in VA, you have to improve your "ACCURACY".2. DI/LR: It is the most difficult section in CAT. To prepare for CAT DI/LR, you need to master puzzle solving. I would recommend you to solve Puzzle book by George J Summers. Also, practice as many DI/LR advanced sets as possible -> Note down the logic and strcuture used to solve these sets. Revise this list of logic and strcuture before every mock test. Choose the sets which feel you have seen before or able to apply structure or logic you already know. Exam is not the time to solve difficult questions. So it is mostly about "SELECTION"3. QA: In 2017, the level of difficulty of QA was easy compare to CAT 2016. The most of the questions asked in CAT 2017 as well as CAT 2016 could be solved within 2 minutes if one knew the concept. Revise QA concepts regularly I would say mug all the concepts. In the exam, go for the questions which can be solved within 2 minutes only. Solve fast. This is section is all about "SPEED"Join this FB group CAT Prep with IIM A alumni to resolve any query related to CAT preparation. This week CAT 2017 question paper is being discussed in the group so it will give an idea about your current aptitude level as well. All the bestKamlesh ChauhanCAT Trainer

Will 5 months kitten be okay if it's pregnant? What preparation is needed to ensure safe delivery?

Okay, before people sprayed me with answers such why i let my kitten out or why do i not spayed her blablabla. My kittens are kept indoors. However i got one boy and one girl. I had done a schedule with the vet for neutered and spayed (according to the suggested time/age of kittens from the vet).
Hoewever it seems that the female became in heat before that. i read somewhere if the boy hasn't gone in heat (sprayed to mark territory) he will not be able to produce sperm. And i always lock the boy when i went to sleep. but apparently there's this one time my partner forget to lock him when we were away.
Here's my questions:

1. I read females should be in heat for 2-3 weeks. is that true? my female kitten only meowing (the in heat meow) for less than a week. does this mean she is pregnant? i gave her the deworm pill 1 week before she went into heat by the way, so im pretty sure it is not worm.

2. Will she be okay if she got pregnant now? she's almost 6 months old now. so if she does her delivery it will be around almost 8 months. Is she too small to do that? Will her babies be allright? Can she take care of the baby kittens? I'm so worried :(

3. I dont think i will do abortion to her. i am afraid the strain and psychological effect will be too much (abortion in human is also not good, why should my kitten do it?).

What should be my strategy in quant section of cat?

Well first of all what do you mean by 7/50, because a mock CAT paper will have 34 questions each carrying 3 marks, so please clarify what does 7/50 signify. To answer your question here is step by step guide to crack Quant section in CAT:-Start with basics. The biggest mistake one does while preparing for CAT is that they don't even study basics properly, even studying basics properly will land your percentile anywhere between 85–99. To study basics I strongly recommend time material. They are really good and cover basics thoroughly with diverse solved examples. Make you solve all the unsolved problems of time material, tick all those you don't get and try to solve it again after a week.To improve your score further you have to solve high level questions for that I refer Arun Sharma, And I suggest you to do the same. Arun sharma’s LOD3 questions are really good and will be helpful throughly. Try to solve as many questions as you can and tick the rest see it's solution and try to solve it again after a week or so.Keep giving mocks at the interval of a week. More than giving mock analyze it and spot your weak areas, work on them, revisit the chapter, try to solve tough problems from that chapter.

How can I tell how far along my pregnant cat is?

the first distinct signs of pregnancy happen around two or three weeks after mating. If pregnant, your cat's nipples will start to "pink up" and enlarge a bit in preparation for milk. Then, at between three and four weeks of pregnancy, she may get morning sickness and vomit from time to time. From four weeks onward, the kittens will be visible on an x-ray or sonogram, and may be able to be counted.
Finally, at five weeks your cat's abdomen will start to enlarge. At roughly seven weeks, the queen may begin to lose her appetite and refuse to eat. At this point, the kittens' movement can easily be felt. At seven to eight weeks, she will spend a lot more time grooming herself and might look for a place to have her kittens. Her nipples will then also become even more swollen. They might even expel milky fluid between two to five days before birth.
