Does anyone have permanent makeup? do you suggest it???
I had my eyebrows tatooed because they are very thin. They gave me some numbing gel to put on the skin 1 hour before they did it. It didn't hurt at all. Where I had mine done (by a Registered Nurse/Cosmetic Tattoo Artist) you had to be 21 to get it done. I will warn you to do A LOT of research before having it done. The person that will be doing it should be happy to give you references and let you see pictures. In my case I contacted the people that she had done in the past and actually looked at them in person, and I was pleased with what she had done. I am now one of the people that she refers new clients to, to see her work. I can't stress enough the need to find someone that really knows what they are doing and getting that research done before you do it!!!!!!!!!
Can you suggest jobs for a shy person?
I'm 17, I have my ged. I've never had a job before. I'm really shy and tend to make things awkward, so I really don't think a job as a cashier or waitress would be good for me. Can you please list jobs that I could get at age 17, with a ged & for a shy person. Also, since I am shy would they make someone not hire me? Like, in an interview? I'm not like, deathly shy lol I can talk but it's obvious that i'm nervous because my voice & movements and I tend to not give straight forward answers, like I say "i dont know" alot and stuff. I mean I know what to say like if someone says "hi how are you" I know to say "im good, how are you?". but then I get extremely awkard & dont like saying something first, like I always wait for them to say something, if that makes sense? I was thinking maybe a hotel maid? Can I get that job at 17? or do you have to be a certain age? Also, in an interview do they ask you why you don't have your high school diploma? I quit school for personal reasons, could I say that if they did ask? Is there something better to say?
