Sunken Eyes Due To Insomnia

How do I remove sunken eyes/hollow eyes naturally?

Sunken eyes are a result of laxity of skin around the eyes and atrophy of fat surrounding the eyeballs. These are age related changes and one cannot turn back the clock so as to speak by just taking some herbal treatment or other so called "natural" methods. The picture below gives the difference between a youthful and an ageing face.Another reason to have sunken eyes in the young is when a person loses a lot of weight in a short period of time. When people lose weight they lose weight all over their body including around the eyes. But the good news is it can be taken care of with new age methods. Non surgical treatments for sunken eyes include  Radio frequency skin tightening, Laser resurfacing and chemical peels. These give some benefit but it is not long lasting or 100% effective in all cases. Some of these treatments may not be effective in very severe cases.Mildly invasive procedures include fillers and fat transfer. These give short term benefit and then one might have to repeat the procedures regularly to keep the look.Surgery gives longer lasting and more effective results. Of course no surgery is without risks. One has to be mindful of those when considering surgery. Surgical options for sunken eyes include. Blepharoplasty-upper or/and lower eyelid, brow- lift, Mid-face lift and various other plastic surgery procedures depending on what needs to be fixed. Also be informed that most of these procedures maybe deemed cosmetic unless the doctor can show a medical reason for surgery. For example, an upper lid blepharoplasty may be deemed medical if the sagging eyelids obstructs the field of vision. An ophthalmic plastic surgeon may best advice you regarding what might be the best options for you.

Weight loss, stress, and insomnia led to sunken eyes..is it reversible?

I am a 32 year old female who recently...kind of have a mental emotional and physical breakdown. I now am working at trying to get myself back to gether but my eyes have sunk in really bad...do u believe this can be reversed?

Can Stress/Depression cause sunken eyes?

The symptoms you described really refer to a condition called sunken eyes. The usual cause is dehydration - there are several levels of dehydration and you have probably been administering much lesser amounts of liquid then necessary for proper functioning of your organism for a longer period of time. Correcting this by getting enough water and beverages should do the trick. Another possible reason is tiredness. If you are not having enough sleep your eyes may sunk deep and look a bit strange, but it’s nothing that a good sleep cannot change. Mixture of almond oil and honey is proven to be beneficial when applied to your eyes’ area, as well as the consumption of almonds together with milk for 21 days. There is also a procedure called autologous fat transplantation which can help you get rid of sunken eyes, but several treatments are necessary.

Why do I get puffiness and dark circles under my eyes when I smoke weed every day even though I get enough sleep?

I believe this is a case of either an allergic reaction, or a possible theory that marijuana causes water retention.I’ve smoked weed everyday of my life for the past 3 years and every morning, I run on my treadmill in a sweatshirt to sweat off any weight gained from the munching I do the night before. When I’m done and I’ve showered, I look at myself in the mirror and see that my face looks fine and the way I’d like. Then I always smoke some bud right after and when I come inside, my face is noticably more bloated than it was, just minutes ago. I’ve read that dehydration causes water retention which makes your face puffier, and I believe weed does dehydrate you. Then when I sober up, I look normal again. I can’t really make a definitive judgement on whatever the cause my be though. Maybe it’s just an allergy? The fact that it also messes with how opened your eyes appear, may also make you think that you’re face is looking larger than actually is.But who cares, weed is the best medicine for everything in life.

Zits, pimples, dark circles under eye, sunken eyes, face spots how to remove them ?

Hey I'm also 17 and I know how you feel because I had the same problem last year with my skin ... I suffered from insomnia and I played so much video games ... So I decided to change

I try to get at least 8-9 hours sleep a day ... You have a thing called a rem cycle which is when you have deep healing sleep this usually happens for 6 hours but would take about an hour or more to get into it .. It's called beauty sleep for a reason and that reason is it will get rid of those dark circles ... I do my skin routine every morning and every night ... Make sure you keep a clean pillow case on your pillow (wash it at least once a week) as the bacteria from the pillow will transfer you your face ...

Before bed I also sometimes would put some wet tea bags on my eyes (make sure to let them cool before like putting them on our eyes) I use like the tea bags I may have used during the day to actually make tea and I just put them Ina bowl by my bed and then use them at night :)

I did this and it worked for me ... It's cheap enough too like all I really use on my face is like an exfoliation wash (face wash and exfoliation in one ) and I use a cleanser and moisturiser :)
Which cost me like 10 euro but it lasts for months !!! I too am from a poor family so I understand how you feel ...

Oh and also about the video games... I did quit them ... But if you give your eyes a rest and turn off your video games an hour before you go to sleep you should be fine... I also don't ever watch tv an hour before I sleep as it makes our eyes excited and they won't want to sleep :) I found reading a book help :)

Hope this helps :)
