Supernatural Series Question

Question about the Supernatural fanfiction AU series The Brotherhood?

I've heard a lot about this 'verse and want to get started reading it, but I don't know where to begin. I've been to the website and saw the list but are they all in chronological order or is there a list to tell me what order they go in?

What is the Supernatural series?

The first episode was about Sam being dragged away from college by Dean to look for their dad John Winchester (played by Jeffery Dean Morgan), Sam’s girlfriend is murdered in the same way as his mother, and this prompts Sam to leave school with Dean to continue hunting for their dad. The rest of season one has the boys hunting monsters, finding John Winchester, and the reveal that the demon which killed Sam’s girlfriend also killed their mom. After John dies in the first episode of season two the boys begin the hunt for the demon that destroyed their lives which weaves into much bigger plots over the next three seasons. Everything culminates in the season five finale which features an EPIC throwdown between Dean, Castiel (an angel who sides with Sam & Dean), The Archangel Michael, and The Archangel Lucifer. While it’s not the end of the series it’s pretty much where most people stop watching.

Question about a Supernatural episode in season 3? 10 pts!?

Hello! I tried to answer this question in the 'Drama' section but for some reason the question wouldn't open for me - probably cos my server is knackered!

Anyway! To answer your question, yep, Dean was bitten by both Lucy and Gordon in 'Fresh Blood' - lucky Lucy ; ) - but the reason Dean didn't become a vampire was because he didn't actually ingest any vampire blood. To turn someone into a vampire they would have to transfer some of their own vampiric blood into the human's bloodstream. When Deacon turned Gordon into a vampire he passed his blood into Gordon by slicing open a vein in his arm and doing the same to Gordon. It would also work if he had made Gordon drink some of his vampire blood - which is how Deacon turned Lucy and the other girls into vampires - he gave them a drink spiked with some of his blood. So as Dean didn't come into contact with any of Gordon's blood or Lucy's blood - he was okay and only suffered a nasty bite on his neck ; ) Vampire Dean would be pretty hot though with those flashy vampire eyes!! ; )

You can sort of see the same thing in the Season One episode 'Dead Man's Blood' - d'you remember the couple at the beginning in the car who are attacked by the vampires? Well, the vampires kill the guy and bring the girl back to their nest. There are a few other humans imprisoned there which the vampires keep to "snack" on but they turn the girl into a vampire by feeding her vampire blood.

'Fresh Blood' was a brilliant episode though - definitely one of the best from season 3!! ; )

Supernatural series - Satanism?

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law,

"Aleister Crowley , he killed children in rituals, read his book named Magick." Then every male over the age of 13 [And some younger] are also child killers. The sacrifice of the intelligent male child is simply masturbation. You would know this if you had spent maybe 5 minutes researching Crowley's views on life.

in regards to the show, the character Crowley really has nothing to do with AC. Remember, other people do have the last name, too- some roads even share the name.

I would also doubt the show has anything to do with NWO crap- sometimes they do use legitimate props but they ALWAYS use them wrong because it is a television show. If you would look to see the source material for it specifically, I recommend looking at the World of Darkness [Old and new] role-playing game, and most specifically Hunter. The tropes used in Supernatural are already an entertainment device and don't need to be clouded up with "Satan wants to run for congress."

Love is the law, love under Will.

Why doesn’t the CW end the Supernatural series? It has been on TV for 12 years and the show has gotten really bad.

I was waiting to answer this question, because I wanted my answer to contain the following statement: The CW has renewed Supernatural for a 15th Season! Now, to answer your question… Mark Pedowitz, President of The CW, has proclaimed, as his predecessor had, that the series Supernatural will not be cancelled unless the cast (mainly Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles), Producers, and crew, don’t wish to continue making the show.Like any other long running series, it has had it better seasons and lesser seasons, whereas I agree that Season 13 was it’s worst, it was still better to watch than all other shows on The CW, and most other shows on all the other networks. Season 14, the current season, is among the best seasons ever, which just goes to show that Season 13, was a necessary connective vehicle for the excellent storytelling to come. Not only do I watch Supernatural live as broadcast, I also DVR it, and once it comes on Netflix, I watch it there too. Many mornings, I find myself tuning into the episodes airing on TNT. For recent episodes, I may also watch them on demand when available, I also have the CW app, and occasionally catch episodes there too, when not at home. Why would I do this, you wonder? Well, the answer is simple.Supernatural is not just a great show, but it is great for specific reasons, ones that are not surprising for The CW, which tends to grab on and take hold of those unique concepts that otherwise get lost by the bigger networks.Supernatural, or SPN as we like to abbreviate it, is about family but not in the usual way. This particular family, had no patriarch, nor matriarch; the two main characters which make up this family, are brothers, who grew up together, totally dependent on each other for their very lives, but were then separated by the pull of “normal society” against the strain of the fight between “Good v/s Evil”. A riveting concept exploited to the hilt, as never done by any other show. And these two brothers, are more human, and more vulnerable than any Superheroes, or anti-heroes than you might ever find in the movies or elsewhere. That is why Supernatural doesn’t get cancelled.

Supernatural (TV series): How do Sam and Dean get money?

This question was dealt with in the more initial seasons  of the series through seasons 1-5 and now,in the current seasons of the show,we will have to assume that they follow the same methods and models as no other concrete method of earning has been shown canonically.hustling pool : A.K.A cheating while playing pool in a local bar. This is the most common way for ANY hunter to get money , as Jo Harvelle is also shown making money by hustling another hunter at a video game. This also has made them get bruised up every once in a while as the locals don't like it when they are cheated. How they hustled was basically  they acted drunk and dis-coordinated ,losing the first few games when there was very little money gambled ,but then  getting better and winning the game as the stakes got higher.credit card fraud : This is where they write to different banks under different names and financial backgrounds to "score cards"  out of the deal. This is more risky as a credit card fraud leaves a paper trail and can be followed by the law stealing the money : this is  the last resort for them and they don't steal convenience stores.Only in one episode is this aspect of getting money is explained as they tried to bust an antique shop.  check this Winchester's 101 on how to hustle pool

Who sings the song for supernatural tv series that starts "Oh mama...."?

Renegade by Styx

In the supernatural series, what does a vessel mean?

A meat-suit for Angels.

Basically a living, breathing, human container for angel souls or demon souls.
Although "THE Vessel" refers to the meatsuits that will be worn by Lucifer and Michael in the final battle. (Ironically, Sam and Dean respectively are allocated this dubious honour.)

How correct is the series 'Supernatural' in terms of superstitious beliefs?

Ita TELEVISION show!  Its pure Hollywood imagination loosely based in a wide plethora of myth and superstition all mixed together.
