I was getting my hair dyed blonde my natural colour is brown so of course I was using bleach, i'm nervous because I moved suddenly and my hair got into my mouth, what am I gonna do? Will I be ok?

I went to dye a strand of my hair blond with Clairol Natural Instincts. I shook the Step One and the cap went flying off. The chemical or whatever inside spilled everywhere and got on my face. I flushed my eye out, but I am worried I might have swallowed a drop. I took a shower and drank more than half a bottle of water. The box says its ammonia free. Help me please I am scare d what do i do?

How do you know if you swallowed hair dye in the shower?
I've been having a bit of a hair disaster this week. I've bleached my hair 2 times on sunday, dyed it monday morning, didn't work so I dyed it again monday night, then finally dyed it one more time this afternoon since it didnt color. I think its under control now, but as I was washing out the last dye I think some of the water got into my mouth as I was rinsing it out. I don't know if I swallowed it or not, but I feel a bit sick with a bit of a lump in my throat and a headache. This was about 30 minutes ago. I've dyed my hair many times throughout my life, and I;ve never had an allergic reaction, however I have never dyed my hair this many times in such a short period of time. Should I be concerned?

i'm pretty sure hair dye is toxic..it probably says on the box "Do not swallow. If swallowed, seek medical attention." or something to that effect! so, i would call 9-1-1 or something like that, because it can harm your insides..

Im so scared and sad because i waited to dye my hair til today as i am almost done my first trimester, even though my doc and everyone told me i could dye it as long as im in a ventilated area. So i waited and finally did it today (as my hair was an UGLY orange from a faded past color) I was rinsing in the shower and yelled out for my husband to get me the conditioner as i was talking i was scared to swallow anything as i felt water running down my face so i closed my mouth but a min later continued talking. now 10 min after getting out my throat is stinging a bit, i rinsed it out with warm water and it started Burning, now its back to being stinging and irriated, i also felt my lip tingling a bit when i got out. I realised i THINK i may have swallowed a bit!!! Im not 100% sure but i cant see what else it would be. Is this dangerous for baby if i did a little? what would you do? or will it be ok. thanks
