Switching Companies In Uae

Can you switch car insurance companies easily?

Actually, why you are asking here - not your company? One call and exact answer seems more simple then a message here, with average advices.
'Switching' is simple operation and does not require much effort. In any case you have to contact the company that you have already signed to. Look through your agreement well, it can be some penalties or restrictions on such switching. But don't be afraid, in most cases - switching is really easy and common operation. Please note, that in any case you have to contact your insurance company to discuss all details.

Maybe you will find next list of tips useful:
- obtain new car insurance first, then cancel other one, don't stay a risk having you car uninsured even for one day
- standard auto insurance policies contain a term giving you the right to cancel your policy at any time, once proper notice is given to the insurance company, so you don't need to wait until renewal time
- some car insurance companies may charge a special "short rate" cancellation penalty if you cancel in the middle of a policy term, so be sure to ask before you switch. If they do charge a penalty, you'll need to decide if the better rate outweighs the fee you'll pay.
- in many cases, all you need to do to cancel your auto insurance policy is to inform your insurance company in writing, specifying the date you want the policy canceled and the reason for the cancellation
- sometimes it's required that the company confirmed that you have a new policy for your car before canceling your old policy
- when you receive an official policy cancellation notice from your car insurance company stating the date and time when your coverage will stop, you'll know your cancellation has been processed correctly

I'm planing to switch to UAE for a job offer and they are offering me AED 2,500 pm so should I join? What is the base salary I should look for living in Dubai?

First of all i congrats for your new job. But such thing I want to explain. It's not about how much you are earning in Dubai its all about what role you are going to play? So think more before joining there., also think what experiences you will gain after a ten year from that you will able to run a new own business.2500 it's not going to be very big impact in your life. Converting to India money it's comes around 35k. Think if your salary is 35k as 100ExpensesFor food - 20%For staying 25%For travel 15%Others needs 15%So left over will be 25% comes around 12kThis will go to your family or as saving. This amount is okay if you don't have any family commitments or else you need to search a job in Dubai which offers you 3500.The above things which Im telling you from my own experience. If the job role is about to play next 50 years means then the job of 2500 is good. Again the knowledge and move from there.

Will switching IT companies in short period of time effect my career, in 2.2 years I am in 3 company now planning for job change again because of work environment?

You downvoted the best answer from Donal Kirk. In addition to the obvious concern that a future employer would have about job hopping, there is one other concern that I would have about you.You change jobs 3–4 times in less than three years. Really? And the reason you are planning to quit again is “because of work environment.”The concern I would have about hiring you is your decision-making ability. You change jobs multiple times - presumably because you think the next job is better. Right? You wouldn’t change jobs unless you thought you were moving to a better situation. But you were mistaken - each time. What makes me, as the potential next employer, believe that you have a rational thought process? That you do things with the right motives and with good decision-making? You have proven multiple times that you make poor decisions.Oh, you can rationalize that you didn’t know something about the company. Guess what? You could have done some more research to find out if the next employer has the same issues as your current employer. Or you could realize that every company and every job has “issues” that you are going to face. And you find ways to deal with those issues. It shows maturity and intelligence.Running away to the next job without working through your issues shows immaturity, lack of commitment, and general poor traits as an employee.

Can I switch jobs in the UAE after 2 years and 3 months?

Yes…. You can switch your job anytime in uae

Can I change my company after 6 months in Dubai without any ban?

I believe you should be able to do this without any bans or ramifications. Previously, blue collar workers were not allowed to change jobs until their contracts with their current employers expired. I think the laws have changed now in the UAE (2016/17 I think) in a bid to make it a more attractive destination for the working class. That said, you should be careful in the way and manner you go about this and ensure transparency i.e. provide the necessary notice period as stipulated in your contract, prepare your handover notes and ensure that the company has no 'disciplinary' cases/issues against you. Another idea/option to consider is to review the labour law and/or discuss your situation with a labour law specialist/lawyer to guide and advice you. All the best

Is it possible to change a job in the UAE within 3 months of joining?

You can change a job within three months of joining provided you should meet the following :1- You should have a degree or diploma certificate attested by the appropriate authorities.2- If your employment contract is a LIMITED CONTRACT then you have to mutually talk to your employer and let him agree to leave you without any conditions. Otherwise you have to pay at least 45 days of your full salary as compensation to the employer.3- If your contract is an UNLIMITED CONTRACT then you have to give one month’s notice to your employer and you can leave by cancelling your visa. There will be no ban for you in both cases.

I just joined a company but after 2 days of joining, I got another offer in my dream company, how to handle this situation?

Hello Chap,Its a tricky situation I can understand. In my opinion in current company if you have probation period and signed any bond of say 3-6 months then it will be a issue for you. If in probation period, then notice period will be less. Check your offer letter on current organization on probation and what are consequences if you leave before probation. You might have a shell out money before leaving current organization. Also, if current company compensation is more than the new company then you can pay about bond amount and leave. If its too complicated for you to decide, obscond. They will try to reach you and your reference whom you gave while joining. Ask them to say you left abroad :)
