This happens because your mind defines a "self" for you out of concepts, then judges those concepts, then compares them to others, and if you don't measure up in some dimension of that, your mind issues shame or guilt or fear or some other negative feelings.Sensing that those feelings would be uncomfortable to share with others, you stop sharing and the wall goes up. Inside your shell, light can't enter and your self-expression can't get out. The point is that this is all machinery of the mind, it's not your personality type or some deep truth about yourself. It's just what happens when you withdraw instead of staying connected to others. Everyone is human, everyone has shortcomings and failures: it doesn't mean that you have to separate yourself from humanity.If you understand the enormous consequences of that choice to hide out, and if you understand that this is just the way that the mind's ego protection mechanisms work, you can perhaps work up the courage to cut it out. Stop escaping into your private world. Find someone you trust, share what's going on with you, tell the truth, and remember that you're human like the rest of us. We forgive you for being imperfect. You shouldn't even have to be asking this question. Why do u need to ask others how to communicate with your husband? Just tell him so you guys can fix the problem and move on. If your so bored with your sex life , then why don't you do something to spice it up. Don't put all the blame on him , it takes two to have sex . Try initiating it yourself. Do what you have to do. Ans you should do it often and I'm pretty sure hell get into it. He's your husband you should know how to communicate with him and tell him how you feel instead of coming on here ans embaressing him (though he doesn't know) What do you think he would say if he saw this? How come people say Capricorns are boring ?
I'm surprised no one mentioned Mercury. Mercury rules communications and the way you process information amongst other things. There is a huge possibility you have a "talkative" Mercury sign. Yes, your Moon sign can make you a bit more talkative, but what is more appropriate is the planet that rules talking (communications) and that is Mercury! You may also have Mercury in your third house which increases your need to communicate, or Gemini could be on the cusp of the 3rd house which does the same thing. Check out your birth chart to see what else you have going on besides your Sun being in Capricorn. A lot of people don't understand the Capricorn traits though. They can be very serious and hard working, very determined yet their sense of humor is usually sarcastic and dead pan which can really confuse people. I have Capricorn as my Rising sign, when I tend to joke around some people don't realize it and they think I am very formal and straight-laced, which I am the total opposite of. Not everyone is wild and crazy and looking to have a party so when someone who is like that encounters someone who isn't, they may find that person boring while another individual might find that person comfortable and secure. Security is very important to some Capricorns or people with lots of personal planets in Cap!
