Tempurpedic Bed Help. Get Best Answer If It Is Answered Good

Which is the best mattress? Serta, Tempurpedic or Selther? Please help!!!?

You lay on them and decide that way. I have bought expensive because husband's idea, that is not the way to go.
It is your back, your body, any arthritis problems, you try it out.

Which is the better bed? Latex, Stearns & Foster or Tempur-Pedic?

It's a very individual decision. Go to the store and try the different mattresses. I cannot sleep on a Tempurpedic because it makes my back hurt. I need a hard bed. I love my Stearns and Foster! The salesman at the mattress store told us that he gets complaints from people who buy memory foam mattresses because they hold body heat and make them feel sweaty and because when you roll over in bed it takes time for the foam to recover and you're left lying in a hole until it does recover.

Which is better the sleep number bed or the tempur-pedic mattress?

I have a tempurpedic pillow and within a couple of months the pillow flattens out slowly. So I'm wondering will the bed do the same thing within a year or two?
I've read a lot of bad things with the sleep number but no one explains why it's so bad?

Which is a better mattress? A Sleep Number or a Tempurpedic? And what's the difference between them?

I recently went through buying a new mattress also and researched all the options. If your boyfriend likes firm then there is no way he will like a tempurpedic mattress. They feel great when you first lie down on them but the longer you lie down and the warmer they get the less firm they become. The sleep number can be good for 2 people with differing firmness preferences but if 1 or both of you shift a lot in the night these mattresses make a lot of noise because its an air bladder you are sleeping on. The choice I went with is a latex mattress. They are more firm than tempurpedics, dont develop soft spots like spring mattresses and are super comfortable (of course thats a personal preference). I would recommend you at least look into latex mattresses as an option. Here is a company that I purchased my mattress from and I LOVE it.

What is the best Tempur-Pedic mattress alternative?

Quite honestly almost any reputable memory foam company is a good alternative. T-pedic came out first and foremost, marking themselves as the premier in the industry. This is not for no reason. They've done a fantastic job with their products. To say they aren't good mattresses would be a lie. However, there are many wonderful alternatives. For less than $1000 you can get a King size Tuft and Needle, Leesa, Noomi, Casper, etc. All great choices and all very comfortable mattresses for a third of the cost. Are they the same quality product? Here's how I answer that. Do you need a $100,000 car to have a quality vehicle? Or could you get away with a $70000 one? You will be extraordinarily happy with any of the aforementioned mattresses. Is the value you will receive with a mattress 3x the cost worth the money? I say no. T&N, Noomi, etc. are redefining how the mattresses industry works, eliminating the middle man markups that cause such high prices like you've no doubt seen. Plus, even if you think I'm wrong, you've got upwards of 100 nights risk free with the options I've mentioned already. You're silly not to at least try.

Tempur-Pedic?

ya but u wouldnt get the full effect. i have a tempur pedic matress and its heaven, swear to God. my sister had a cover, its nice, but not nearly as nice as the real thing

Tempurpedic bed vs Sleep Number w/ Memory Foam Top?

The lifespan is actually about the same as well. Both will provide an excellent nights sleep, but. The tempurpedic memory foam is only adjustable when ordering your matt (industry talk) if it based on a normal matt build up. An all foam matt will cost more, but they are very nice. I have the memory foam matt but I get it at a discount. I love the sleep number bed. It is a rock solid product, very high quality. Which one you ask? Without a dought, the sleep number bed is the right choice.

Does anyone have the tempurpedic or sleep number mattress and if so are they better than conventional mattress

I have the Tempur-pedic bed. Have for about 10 years. I find it to be a lot more comfortable than any conventional mattress that I have ever slept on.

I've never owned a sleep number bed but did try one out one time and in my opinion it didn't come close to my Tempur-pedic bed.

Are Tempur-Pedic mattresses worth the money?

I owned a Tempur-Pedic for ten years, then, sadly, developed an allergy to it. I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, now, and so had to get rid of it, as well as a lot of other things, like all my perfumes. But I digress. For the ten years I slept on it, I thought I was in heaven. It was so beyond comfortable - I couldn't wait to climb in bed at night. Every time I got in, I would smile and pat the bed and feel so damned privileged that I owned one of the best mattresses in the universe. I can't count how many of my friends who came over to visit me would also want to visit my mattress. They would just sit on it, squish it down with their hands like in the TV commercials, then watch in amazement as it popped back up. Everybody was so jealous, and wanted one of their own. I, personally, never thought there was a problem with the material feeling too hot. However, I used to work in a store where they were sold, and there was no shortage of people returning them for that very reason. They do offer a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied in 90 days, but they won't pay for you to ship it back to them, which could run $200-325. This doesn't apply if you bought it from a retail store. I mean, if you return it to the store yourself, you should be able to get back your entire purchase price - but check with the individual store before you take my word for it. In other news - they now have a Tempur-Pedic TEDDY BEAR!!! Just imagine, a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the shape of a Teddy Bear. Life - Is - Beautiful.
