Can I lodge a complaint against a coaching institute who is not refunding my fee amount even after saying that they will? (I have an audio proof)
Coaching institute is a private business and in your case service provider.Ident reason for which you are demanding refund. For ex. Unethical trade practice, poor service.And with that, you need to send notice and allow them 15 days to solve complaint and make refund.Failing to that approach consumer forum and file complaint.As per IT act and Indian Evidence act., Audio recording as an electronic evidence is a valid proof to back your case.
A co-worker filed a baseless HR complaint against me. Now I have to meet with the HR manager. How do I respond?
Difficult to offer a realistic response without any details. The best advice I can offer given this is that you go in feeling confident but avoid being defensive.Listen carefully to what you are told by the HR Manager. Say little to nothing while the HR Manager is providing details of what you are there to talk about.Ensure you understand what you are being told (verify points as needed) by asking good non-defensive, objective questions.Remain calm, professional and open.Avoid making negative comments about the person who filed the complaint.State your perspective in a calm and professional manner, avoiding any commentary or judgement about the complaint or the complainant.If the HR Manager is a professional and skilled the manager will be able to assess the situation fairly.
What will happen if someone filed a false complaint against me in the police station, but I am not present on that spot at that time?
Police may call you on phone or send a constable to your residential address to fetch you to the police station. If matter is not settled at police station, Police may arrest you outright and register FIR at the same time.If you are not at home or not reachable on phone, unless case is genuinely heinous like Murder or Rape or something for the press, the police will leave a message with your house and generally not bother too much unless complainant keeps pushing them , in which case they may send a constable from week to week to see if you are back and get details. Beyond this - rarely is anything done.
Should I play high school tennis?
hi, i am a freshman in high school i am wondering if i should play tennis for the school team. im worried because tennis is kind of nerve-wracking for me because its one on one. im pretty good but ill feel like crap if i lose because i let the team down. This is one of the only sports i like. Will playing a sport help me enjoy high school more? THis question is really for high school?college students and tennis players. thanks

Found a great video review for you. It sounds like a good frame. Depending on your skill level the 5.0 is what this guy has and he like it but you can go higher or lower. Out of my 17 years of playing the frames that I had the most of or used most were Wilson. I liked the square butt shape in my hand. Girlfriend wants to play tennis with me?
Ok! I am having a problem with my fiance and wanting to play tennis with me. I have no problem playing with her but whenever I do she gets mad and she says that she can tell that I am really bored. The problem is I am pretty bored but I am trying to cover it up. She keeps saying she wants to get good to him with me but that is highly unlikely. She's 22 and just started playing. I have been playing since high school, played 4 years of Division 1 tennis and I even had an ATP ranking when I tried to play on the tour. She says I should coach her but she never wants to listen to anything I say, doesn't want to change her grip or do drills. She just wants to hit and she expects me to give her magical advice. I do know how to coach and I am working at a tennis club while I finish my degree this year. So what am I suppose to do. I feel like I am in a no win situation. My fiance keeps saying I can train her to be as good as me, but that would mean she could be a professional tennis player almost, which is unlikely. Any advice. I told her how I felt once and she got mad.
Favorite thing about tennis?
it helps me blow of steam, and the warm ups and running keeps me in shape(i eat a lot) aha the smashing and overheads and just the power, makes you feel good and powerful :) and out of all the sports, its the best way to meet new people, tennis players are really nice and friendly, not stuck up.
Non marking tennis shoes?
I think most any shoes that are designed for on-court play (including tennis or basketball specific shoes) will be non-marking, which may not be true for running shoes, for instance. "Tennis shoes" in this context isn't meant as a generic term for sport shoes. If you find a shoe online, it might very tell you that it's non-marking. But I think it's just generally understood that they aren't. "Marking" means the soles don't transfer any of their color onto the floor/court.
