Terrifying Dream Lastnight

I had a terrifying dream last night. How do I get it off my mind?

I'll try and give an answer.Dreams tend to be compensatory to everyday attitudes. This is important to remember.The bathroom symbolically us a place of cleansing , baptism, and self expression. Your daughter represents a very young and innocent part of you. Hair is symbolic of thoughts , ideas, and one's personal power. To be brushing hair means this is what you are grooming within yourself.Suddenly Mexican men come in and shoot this young and innocent aspect of you that you are grooming , giving value to. Mexico is of the south. South is symbolically related to Eros , warmth, including the body, and instinctuality.The head that is shot is the same head that you give value to. It's important to understand this is not about your outer daughter . It's about the young and innocent attitudes you hold.Drugs are about changing ones consciousness. It modifies ones awareness. It's not about drugs of outer life. It's about the attitudes you hold that are too young and innocent for adulthood.Thus the dream is compensatory to your too innocent attitudes.The dream is calling for you to reflect on the young and innocent attitudes that are no longer suitable for adulthood.Given your daughter in the dream is 5, it's important to reflect back 5 years ago, and at that age. By doing so this can give more clues to the dream, and your attitudes.A child is dependent. It's important to reflect on your own attitudes about self assertion, self expression, including how you place yourself in the world.Best wishes.

I keep having terrifying dreams each night. What do they mean?

Ever since I went on vacation (12/3/08), I've been having horrible dreams and still am even though the vacation ended two days ago.

My first dream was about my best friend and I sleeping over in a haunted room by a creepy guy who hung himself in the closet in the room. But in the dream, a lot of scary things had happened in the room and I was afraid to go back into the room. Then someone who was blind who we saved from drowning one day asked for us to help him read a book on the history of this man who hung himself. Then it ended.

Second Dream: In a room in my house where my dad is now adding more things to, had dead bodies in there. Two guys who supposedly liked me in the dream had told me so, and then I was terrified and couldn't go to the room. I was too scared to. Then it ended.

Third Dream: [[last night's dream]] My cats, dog, family were all murdered by some kind of big cat. I had been in another room the entire time and when I walked into the other room where they had been killed, I saw them all dead. And one of our cats was barely alive but was slowly dying in front of my eyes by my mom. Then it ended cause I woke up in fright.

What do these dreams mean?? I'm scared I'm going to have yet another one! Please help me! D;

I had a strange dream last night about a man who was obsessed with me. What does it mean?

This dream appears to be about lack of control more than anything else. And based on the severity of the dream, it tells us that you feel pretty strongly about the lack of control.In your real life, you are probably being forced into an action that you don't want to take. Either you are currently being forced to take that action, or you have a fear that you might be forced in the near future.Looks like you have been able to dodge the force (when you dodged the arrow) once or more, but don't believe that you will be able to dodge it for too long and will eventually have to give in to it. Sex/rape is about power more than it is about physical pleasure. The fact that you dreamt about it means two things:1. You believe that you lack the strength to resist the force.2. You believe that the only way you can live without the guilt of taking that action is to be forced into it.All the best.

I had a dream last night about a giant lizard chasing me?

Chase:

To dream that you are being chased signifies that you are avoiding a situation that you do not think is conquerable. It is a metaphor for some form of insecurity. In particular, to dream that you are chased by an animal represents your own unexpressed and unacknowledged anger which is being projected onto that animal. Alternatively, you may be running away from a primal urge or fear.

I think that this might help. If not, try the word lock on the website. I'll put it in the source box.
