Text Messages On Shared Plan But Different Phones

How can you read text messages on a Sprint phone online?

Hi.I will quote some of this for you to verify. I will also post a link to the sprint community forum for you to see. I used to have sprint myself but left them to go with a different carrier so I won't be able to really verify this myself but let us know.“You can easily download a record of phone numbers you've sent text messages to up to 90 days in the past. Go to Sprint.com/viewbill, click on the Calls/Texts link. This record can be printed out or saved.Text Message content(the actual words exchanged in the text) is not stored by Sprint and therefore not available. To obtain Text Message number records more than than 90 days in the past, contact Sprint directly. You may be asked to provide certain legal documentation showing that you are the account holder in order to request and obtain this information. Please remember: content of text messages is not available through this process. Most devices store text message contents for a certain number of messages or a certain period of time unless you manually delete them from your device. Depending on your model of phone and operating system, look for an icon on the home screen titled "Messages", if you cannot find it, then look for Apps, and then look thru your list of Apps for Messages. There are various apps available from the Google Play or the Apple App store that will store your text message history (including contents) and save them to a cloud or SD card. Try searching 'save text messages' for options”View Text Messages (hyperlink)I have also read somewhere that now they may be charging for that feature so make sure you ask the representative first over the phone if you need to speak to someone.Cheers!PS: If this was of no help, I do apologise, kind sir.

How is my husband getting my text messages on his iphone?

The other answer is correct, however I think a further explaintion is warranted.Specifically - there is a setting under messages called send/receive. This allows any IMessages to go to these phone numbers and email addresses. Now anyone that sends you a text message will come directly to you, however if sent from an iPhone / iPad or MacBook it will go to the send / receive addresses. You have two good options. Either take his phone and unselect your phone number (assuming no trust issues since he can turn it back on) or create a new Apple ID which will not allow him to receive your Imessages.Hope this helps - we see this everyday!

Why is my phone receiving messages that were sent to my husband's phone?

Mostly because you're both sign into the same iCloud account. This is a very easy fix.On both devices you must do this so they don't receive the same messages.Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > uncheck all but your mobile number. Please comment if this was helpful.Thank you!

Can I check my child's text messages on Verizon online?

Maybe. Depends on some things. What type of phone does your child have?If it is a basic (non smart phone) you would need to simply read the messages on the device itself. There isn't a way to access them remotely. If it is an Android device, your child would need to use Verizon’s Messages+ app for texting instead of the stock SMS app. You would then be able to sign into My Verizon (using your child's phone number/password combo to log in) and view the messages. (This is also a handy way to see messages if a phone breaks). In my experience, some sent messages seem to not show up here. It seems to be a result of buggy syncing so if you notice this, don't assume your child is attempting to circumvent you. There also isn't really anything Verizon can do for you about this. If your child returns to the stock SMS app, this will stop working. If your child uses an iPhone you can set up another Apple device (I wouldn't recommend using your own iPhone, use an iPad or something) with your child's iMessage account. You would also need to go to Settings> Messages> Test Message Forwarding on your child's phone and establish that non iMessage texts are also to be forwarded.I don't have all of the details of your situation, but I recommend developing a strong relationship based on mutual trust with your child, rather than creating an environment of always feeling spied on. Those feelings don't easily go away, and will likely plague your relationship for the rest of your lives. If you want to know what goes on in your child’s life, your child needs to feel like, know without a doubt, s/he can come to you with anything. Otherwise, it's all secrets and lies.

Can my parents see what i look up on my phone?

Seeing that it's a family plan and your parents pay the bill more then likely yes they will see this if your friend used your phone. It would be very very wise for you to go tell your parents what your friend did before they find out on their own. You might have very well blown the trust as for your parents thinking you'd be responsible with your phone. Another matter would be not allowing your friends to use your phone period, or computer. I would personally be really upset with that friend for doing something so stupid that could very well get you into trouble with your parents and not even caring. I did not allow my son's friends to use their cell phones or computers for that very reason. One of their friend's went to sites they shouldn't have gone to. So please go tell your parents STAT!!!!

Which cell phone company gives the best family plan?

That depends on a few different things. If you send me your zip code then I can see what provider would have the best coverage area for you as well as the best plan available for your area. T-mobile has a family shared plan for the same amount of money as the AT&T 69.99 but you get more minutes and you get to chose 5 different people regardless if it's a land line or a a cellular phone from any provider for 800 minutes.
Between the two companies, I have found that T-mobile is actually cheaper. Because talking to the 5 people each month (you can change these people monthly) saves a lot of minutes on your phone. All providers also have unlimited plans to for under $100. Not knowing how many people you call, or how many minutes you use it's difficult to pin point the best provider for you. How you use the phones also effect which would be the best to go through. The main factor in chosing the best provider is coverage area. One provider may be cheaper then the other, but what good is that if the coverage is not good.
I'd be more than happy to help you figure out what provider is the best, Give you limited time promo codes for various different phones, and help you chose the right plan for you though any of the major cellular phone providers. As well as finding out which provider has the best coverage area for you.
If you'd like my help in this and for promo codes, your more then welcome to email me anytime and I'll be happy to help you out.
