Thai Days How To Strangle Somebody And How To Be A Moron

How to drop charges for domestic violence?

Assuming that charges have been filed, you do not get to drop charges. The police do not get to drop charges. The DA does not get to drop charges. Under California law, once a criminal charge has been filed ONLY the judge can dismiss the case. (Cal. Penal Code section 1386.) If charges have not yet been filed (and if your boyfriend is in jail, they will have to be filed within a couple of business days), you might be able to convince a prosecutor not to do so. (The police will have nothing to do with it at this stage.)

If the charges have been filed, if you tell the prosecutor (District Attorney or City Attorney, depending upon the charge and the jurisdiction) that you no longer wish the prosecution to proceed, AND if the prosecutor agrees that the prosecution should not proceed, the prosecutor can ask the judge to dismiss the case. A lot of prosecutors believe that women recant in these situations only because they are afraid of the offending person, and will refuse to do so. If the prosecutor does ask, the judge will USUALLY, but not inevitably, do so upon the prosecutor's request.

It is always best to remember that once you get the law involved, you lose a great deal of control over what happens.

If you kick somebody straight in the knee, will it break?

Well, yes. If you kick hard, and if they're leg is straight. (So, if you kick well and the other person is standing like a total freaking idiot.)

There are lots of much better things to do in a self defense situation. Like, things that actually work and won't get you in trouble for unnecessary brutality when they actually do work.

What are the strengths/weaknesses of combining boxing, wrestling and Muay Thai, and how effective would it be in a group confrontation?

This is typically what mama is: wrestling, Muay Thai, and Brazilian ju jitsu. (At least some Bjj is required to be able to defend yourself from basic chokes).This combination has proven dominant over thousands of free style fights in mma. Right now, almost all mma fighters use these three disciplines. In striking, Muay Thai has proven the most effective, because of the sheer force of the blows, as well as the cutting ability of knees and elbows, and some techniques like the leg kicks, which pay dividends over the course of the fight. A typical Muay Thai practitioners shins will be calcified with extra bone, so that getting hit by it is like getting slammed with a bat.Wrestling is the mainstay of mma grappling, because if you can get someone down, you're going to win most of the time. In reverse, if you want to avoid being taken down, you have to at least have some wrestling skill.Bjj is critical to avoid defeat, at least. In the first years of UFC, no one could beat Royce Gracie because they didn't know how to defend chokes. He would just grab the neck or back or leg or arm and bend you the wrong way, and you'd tap. Defensive bjj at least is critical so that if someone attacks you like that, you don't panic, because there are very specific movements you have to do to get out of those chokes or locks.Boxing only allows use of fists. It does not teach you elbows, knees, or kicks. One elbow can slice your opponent open. A knee to the face or body can end a match because of the sheer impact. Kicks can keep you at bay all day because of the range. Why would you give up on all these weapons, to just focus on punches?

How do I tell a mentally retarded person to leave me alone?

HE IS THE CREEPIEST PERSON! Oh my god....
He's in my math class and I JUST met him this year and we were working in groups and everyone was being mean to him (like shunning him and giving him bad looks) and I thought that was awful so I was nice to him and helped him. BIG MISTAKE... Now, no matter where I am in our school he manages to find me and he seriously crosses the line sometimes...
Like, he'll come up behind me when I'm talking with people in the hall and just stare at me and I'm like "...... uhh..." and all my friends start laughing and I keep thinking he's gonna like strangle me or something by the way my friends say he looks at me...
He's friendly and everything but he's just SO DAMN CREEPY! Like, before our thanksgiving break he walked up to me at the end of math and hugged me for like 5 minutes and I just limply stood there because I didn't wanna hug him and I was shocked but then I like ran away lol...
Anyway, now he's asking me out everyday and everytime I'm just like "Oh, crap! I'm gonna be late!" and then run away. But, I know one day he's gonna corner me at the end of math and I won't be able to get away.... ;-;
I feel bad because he's different and has special needs but I don't wanna turn him down cause he might go nuts and kill me or something (yeah, he's THAT kinda creepy). And if I tell him I like someone else he'll probably STILL kill me AND him.
WHAT DO I DO! I just want him out of my class lol
Oh, I'm a sophomore and he's a junior or senior I think... He's older that's all I know. I can't stand him and I'm honestly uncomfortable around him,
