The Attorney Ad Litem Didn

Are you still a guardian ad litem?

Yes. Being a guardian ad litem is the single most rewarding volunteer position one can have. It takes an individual with motivation, determination, commitment, and resilience. It is not for everyone, but those who can handle the position should absolutely do it and stick with it.

Guardian ad litem and court?

I had a interview with a guardian the court appointed but it wasn’t at his office he wanted it at my home. Everything went great. I was the first to talk about the situation instead of my ex about his alcoholism, his abuse against me, and how he’s living with somebody that could seriously hurt our child’s life. Five days later he comes by to my house again to see how my kids and my boyfriend and I interact. Everything goes amazing! He watches her color and how she knows what markers mixed together makes what, can spell her name, can count to 30 all being the early age of 4. We also played bus which my eldest created and everyone got involved, even the guardian. He then said he had to leave because the hour was up but what gives? I was told they inspect your house, check your fridge, see if there’s food in the cupboard. He didn’t do any of this and didn’t ask either of us any questions like I was told he would from my friends last experiences with them. Is it because he has no need to look? I really feel I’m going to be PR of my daughter considering her dad’s issues, living with his parents since October 2015 and JUST got a job 3 months ago and had no way to support her but his parents. Mind you he got the job a week before our first court date. Someone said he might fight the recommendation and we will have to go to trial. He’s drawing this out so much I’m running out of money but his parents are paying for his. It sucks!!

What happens if the Guardian Ad Litem is not paid?

Thanks for the response...basically that means we're at a standstill...? The contempt court date will take 4 weeks to get an admission date around here. The courts can't order someone to come up with money they don't have...while contempt would be in our favor...it doesn't do much to continue things in a forward direction. :(

What is the best way to handle a biased guardian ad litem report?

The guardian ad litem assigned to my child custody case wrote what seemed to be a glowing review of my ex's character, home and neighborhood and wrote nothing about the positive things that were said about me. She didn't write anything about where we live or anything. In the summary and when she made her recommendation she never actually gives any reason. She just states that it was a tough decision to make because of the distance between the two households. What can I do?

What should you tell a guardian ad litem in a divorce case?

GALs are not supposed to be appointed to people who can think in complete sentences. Your GAL was illegally appointed. She is part of a sale of justice. She’ll be triple paid. The state will pay her own fees. The party purchasing justice will pay her a second time and this money will be transferred to the judge in the lower court. You will pay her a third time and your money will go to the chief judge and justices so they authorize the sale of your civil rights. You have equity and the 1% wants it. They made laws by which they take it. No one is in charge. Please settle. If you have something to say that is worth $27k please do so - otherwise they might not be listening…..

What is it like to be a Guardian Ad Litem? How depressing vs. fulfilling is this type of work?

Ask Virginia Fraser Able. She made $27k for hardly any work. She sent $27k from my husband to Judge Angela Arkin. And she wanted to send $27k from me to the chief judge and justices - but I haven’t shown up to a meeting at which she would be my attorney and bill me.Virginia Fraser Able rips jewelry off of women’s fingers and gives them to the wealthy party. She transferred the title on my house to my husband illegally. She does this every divorce. She blocks people from their bank accounts and gets into them. She enters their houses and steals. So being a GAL is as much fun as being a dictator. You are part of the 1% an the sale of justice. I know a woman who was 77 years old at the time Virginia Fraser Able preyed on her. She lost 40 pounds and considered suicide. So many women end up homeless - because their husband’s children get the house that they have paid for and maintained. So Virginia Fraser Able is like Kim Jon Ung - and it is just as much fun, I can assure you.By the way, I was able to file a Motion for Mistrial Investigation against the judge in my case, Judge Angela Arkin. She was forced to retire. My marital estate was the last one she squandered - other than she may still be practicing as an attorney. The FBI did not return the title to our 6 bedrooms to me, they did not make my husband pay damages and medical bills for the deniable domestic assault of 10/11/13. Everything that 1% do is legal - because they make the law. Hardly any supervision.

What are guardian ad litem recommendations?

The courts are appointing GALs illegally to each and every case. Each GAL is triple paid. Once by the state on her own behalf. Once by the wealthy or unentitled party that is purchasing justice - that money is transferred to the judge in the lower court. A third payment is collected from the party that lost its civil rights - and this payment is transferred to the chief judge and justices.GALs should only be appointed for 3 mental diseases and 4 mental incapacities. They are only to follow the instructions of a psychiatrist following weeks of written evaluations. There is actually no way to evaluate paranoid schizophrenia for somebody who is under stress from a corrupt court. So if pressed, attorneys will claim that the person has paranoid schizophrenia.Rules of Evidence state that only a psychiatrist following weeks of evaluations, when possible, can diagnose any of these. The courts don’t care. They aren’t regulated. You have tax money - the 1% wants it. You have equity - the 1% will take it.There was an Indian tribe who owned oil wells making millions. The courts just appointed GALs to them all and took their money…..GALs are not recommended - nor are they legally allowed to make any recommendations - they are lay people. The Rules of Evidence prevent them (if anyone were to uphold them) from even opening their mouths….

If a guardian ad litem makes recommendation that the minor child?

If a guardian ad litem makes a recommendation that the minor child custody needs to go from mom to dad, what is the likelyhood that the judge will go against the recommendation? Currently live in indiana and have a guardian ad litem in the case and we are very sure that she is going to make her ruling in our favor. Can anyone help me with more information about what happens after she puts her recommendation in to the judge. How often does the judge agree with the recommendation? Does this mean that dad will get custody of the child with the recommendation? Any information anyone can help provide would be greatly appreciated.
