I'm a 16 year old guy who weighs 87 kg. I want to lose weight. What should I do?

I know that feeling. I myself was overweight and started working out at 17. Its been 2 years since then and i’m in a very good shape now.Back to your question. The whole process of weight loss consists of 2 steps.1)DIETPeople panic and stop eating at all. Don’t do that. You have to keep your metabolism high to lose fat, this being the main reason why you have been seeing less changes as compared to your workout should provide.Eat only complex carbs (slow digesting). This will keep your hunger satisfied for longer time and release energy slowly throughout the day. You can eat oats, brown bread, bananas, brown rice, whole wheat pasta etc. Avoid sugary drinks and foods, this includes all kinds of cold drinks (except diet cokes and drinks) and fast foods.Eat food rich in protein. As you already know protein helps in muscle building.30 minutes prior to your workout, mix 1–2 spoons of coffee in 1 glass of warm water and drink it. This will help you in burning some extra calories during your workout. Make sure you drink enough water throughout the day (3–5 liters)Don’t try to limit your calories for now. First make a habit of eating clean. Then gradually start reducing 150–300 calories per week from your diet.2)WORKOUTYou have to keep your heart-rate high throughout your entire workout. So don’t sit for long, don’t focus on your strength for now, don’t think about how much weight you’re lifting as your prime goal is to lose fat (building muscles will be the next task after you shed that unwanted fat from your body), just make sure to complete your entire workout (weight-lifting) in 50–60 mins with max 1 min gap between each set. Secondly, focus more on your cardio and do high intensity cardio. If you can sprint on the trademills, do that, and if you can’t, use cross-trainer. I personally find it easier to burn more calories on cross-trainer than any other machine. Now don’t hang on to the cross-trainer for 15 mins. Instead do intense cardio with high inclination and resistance on cross-trainer for 5 mins, and repeat this 3 times.Hope it helps..

Is Arsene Wenger a failure or a success?

Question: Is Arsene Wenger a failure or a success?10 years of 3rd and 4th placed finishes. Do they represent failure or success?Answer: It is sad that the so called Arsenal fans of today has switched from the die hard old school “1–0 to the Arsenal” fans to Whinging, Whining Spoiled Brats as FansBelow are the 20 years before Arsene Wenger joined, and 20 years after he joined.Arsene Wenger is a blessing that turned the “Boring, Boring Arsenal” to the top of the English league for 2 decades. So your worst whine is that Arsenal has never dropped from the 4th in 20 years? Oh woe-is-you.Today’s Arsenal Fans remind me of Manchester United fans of the 1996 era: You are only singing when you are winning.Argument against those who wants to spend more moneyFor those who are whining that Post Highbury era has been worse than Pre Highbury era, remember that to be on top 4 today, you have to compete with $2 billions that Abramovich has spent on Chelsea and the $930 millions that Mansour has spent on Manchester city SO FAR.So Arsenal FC has no billionaire backer with endless pocket, spent as much money as they should (seriously, you may think you have contributed a lot to the club, but unless you are a Russian oil baron, you haven’t - not in any amount that makes any difference to the Trophy count), and still manage to be in the top 4.Do you really freaking think that if the club spent the $200 million they managed to save in the past 10 years it will make a shitty difference? That is $20 million a year, the rounding error in Chelsea and City’s transfer budget. By the end of it the club will be broke and Arsenal will still be without a trophy. The only way to make competition fair again is for FA to create a law to prohibit any club running an endless deficit by the virtue of billionaire backers. Say, over average of 10 years, the club must break even, or penalised in score count or salary cap.So anyone who does not realise that Wenger is a magician, doing what he did with what he had, in the era of crazy Oil Barons owning the league, is an idiot.
