The secret to this is to put everything in both of your names every time up front! When you sign up for the utility company, the phone company, the mailbox, the house loan or rental agreement, in every case put both names down on whatever you are doing. Ditto for car insurance, and anything else of a bill/obligation nature. Companies don't care either way how the bill comes to you and will add your name onto the account without hesitation. You can further phone them and if your in a state that has joint accounts, have them put your name on the bill that comes to the house in addition to your wife's. If you do this for every account you have now, while it's an issue, it won't be an issue again. I had the same problem years ago but no longer! Good luck.

Although I am not a legal expert, a lawyer would better answer your question, but I can answer this on the basis of my knowledge. As per Contract act in India, such bonds are not enforceable, since they are considered in restraint of trade.In the past, many employees have violated such bonds and in such cases, companies have resorted to different means:Allow the employee to go, take no action - In this situation, you lose nothing, the company will discharge you.Allow the employee to go, hold his Salary - In this situation, they will not pay your full and final settlement salary. Probably you will lose gratuity, leave encashments etc. and your unpaid salary.Restrict the employee from going, sue the employee - In this case, the company will go to the court. It will be a very lengthy procedure. According to the past cases, the company will have to prove that due to your layoff, the company is bearing direct costs. Further, the courts would rule in favour of a company only if the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement are reasonable. Having a penalty clause in the agreement makes it unenforceable since it is not a reasonable term. So generally the company will be able to recover training costs only. This option is exercised only when the employee is very highly resourceful or employee is at a high ranked position.Recommendation:In maximum cases, Option B takes place. My Betta fish has black on his head, part of his fins, and around his gills. What's going on with him?
Ammonia burn, change your water more often. If the fish is in a bowl alone you need to change all of the water once a week. If he's in a tank with others, water changes depend on how many fish you have and size of tank. Tanks filled to capacity or over you should change more water more often. Say 50% every two weeks to (like me with goldfish) 50% once a week. I assume he's in a bowl. Feed him daily or every other day, just once, about 3 or 4 pellets dialy or 6 to 8 if every other day. Change all of the water weekly. Your betta will live longer and happier. They do get a little darker as they age, but the eroded fins is what clued me in. Fin rot is a sign of stress. Stress from dirty water. Remove the stress the fish will come around. It will take as long for the fish to heal as he was sick so there is a point of no return. Correct the problem ASAP. Hope this helps. I've kept bettas for years and this is how I do it and it works fine for me. BTW bettas only live around 3 to 4 years. I temporarily deactivated my Instagram account. Now when I try to reactivate it by logging in, it says that my username doesn't exist?
This jus happened to me right now and I freaked out. I disabled my Instagram a week ago because of some annoying guy who was trying to use me. But this was my first time deactivating instagram! It is so scary. DON’T WORRY! I figured it out, at least this worked for me. In the instagram app at the top where you see your username in the middle top of the screen and it has a downward arrow next to it (yourusername^)CLICK ON THAT, and type ADD ACCOUNT, you are going to re-add your instagram accounts that you deactivated. In this case I had three. I think as you add them back in, Instagram realizes you are signing back on and re-activates it for you.Add all your accounts back that you deactivated by putting in the username andpassword and then click on them. You should be back to normal.If that isn’t proof enough, open your computer and type in your URL for instagram and add your username to the end of the URL, after following these instructions your account should show up, IT EXISTS! And if you're not a private account, or if you are just signed in on your browser all your photos will start showing up as you scroll DOWN :) :) :) :) :)This just literally worked for me and I started singing “Just Hold On We’re Going Home” by Drake because I was so happy…something took me home and my photos were all here. I thought I lost them all because of some stupid guy that made me deactivate my account. Please try it! Its way easier than the “report hacker” method on YouTube.
