Why won't twitter send my verification code?
I texted twitter, 40404, with the word start like I was supposed to and it replied that my phone was not verified, reply with start, and when I did, I got the same message. What is going on?
Twitter won't send a verification code to confirm my phone number for my account?
Last night, I tried adding my phone number to my Twitter account. I went to Settings>Mobile> and then I typed in my phone number. Twitter gave me a message saying that they would text me a verification code, but it never came. I pressed "send me another code" 3 more times, still nothing I tried it again this morning, and again nothing happened. Now it s giving me a message saying "You ve exceeded the number of attempts. Please try again later."
