There Is This Song I Hear Often On The Radio Where I Live And I Cant Seem To Find It.

New rap song on radio?

There is a new song on the radio and its rap and the lyrics deal with something like a little girl wondering why the world is like it is? and then some other people wondering why. It actually has a good message but I can't remember how it went for the life of me.

helppppp =)

I heard a song on the radio and I can't remember the name or artist. Can anyone help?

Check if the radio station has a web page. In Norway they have one where you can go in and make a search for the time period you listened to the song and see what the song playing is named.See if that works. If not just hum on it and do other things until you see if you can get more, then download Shazam and sing it to the recorder. If that doesn’t work, type in the few lyrics you remember in Google search followed by the word lyrics. Take all the songs that feel similar and youtube it. Hopefully you’ll find it.Good luck from a girl that once used 2 hours trying to find a song she remembered one riff from.

How can i get Pandora to stop playing live versions of songs?

Sorry, no, Pandora very deliberately will not allow you any control over the minute details of song selection. All you can choose is the "kind" of song, sort of.

All you can do is "thumbs down" the songs you don't like, and they won't play it again. Altho maybe if you kvetched to Customer Service, they might listen. It won't hurt to try.

Anyone else hate the song "No one" by Alicia Keys?

"No one" by Alicia Keys is played on the radio over and over, but I don't see what's so great about that song. I think she sounds like a dying cat when she sings it. Does anybody else feel the same way?

Why does Pandora keep playing the same songs?

Do a little research on the songs in question. Most don't realize this but a bulk of pandora's songs are "CC" or Creative Commons. This means some of their performed songs are made to be free without a cost to play them repeatedly. The popular songs however are at a cost and Pandora has to pay every time they play them. This is why they are trying to sell themselves as of late. You can't make money in the music business if you don't own what you are playing.

Have you heard of Tegan & Sara?

Well, Tegan and Sara do like hockey. There's actually a banter of theirs were Sara talks about how the Calgary Flames were going to kill the San Jose Sharks (therefore, it can be seen as somewhat relevant? :D)

But yes! I absolutely love them and their music! I'm actually going to see them October 4th. They put on a hell of a show and I can't wait to see it live!

Concerning their popularity, they seem to be somewhat in between. Many people have heard of them but never exactly decided they would give them much more of a listen. Then again, there are still plenty of people who answer "who?"...as you can see by some of the earlier responses :P

I always hear music in my head. What's wrong with me?

Well, it sounds like cancer of your Musicaladalamus (the organ in your brain that enjoys and interprets music). You should get it checked immediately!Ok…still reading, and not in your car on the way to your doctor? Good. That was a joke. There’s nothing wrong with you. This happens to everyone. Germans call it an Ohrwurm (Earworm). Americans just say we’ve got a song stuck in our head. Just sing along. One explanation for the ‘Earworm’ phenomenon, suggests that we get songs stuck in our heads for which we don’t know all of the lyrics. It’s the lack of closure, that keeps the song stuck in our heads. So, like, you know the first verse, and 3 lines of the chorus, but you can’t remember any more of the chorus or the 2nd verse. So your brain thinks, ‘Ok, well, maybe if I start over at the point where I know the words and the tune, I’ll remember the rest.’ Because, subconsciously, your brain wants to hear the song through til the end. So it keeps playing, over and over. This can go on for days. The next time it happens, try reading the lyrics and letting the song play to the end in your head…or listen to the actual song, but to the very end. This helps some people get a song out of their head.

Im looking for a specifc country song about a man saying "and she thinks im the strong one"?

Is this it?

Tough by Craig Morgan

She's in the kitchen at the crack of dawn
Bacon's on, coffee's strong
Kids running wild, taking off their clothes
If she's a nervous wreck, well it never shows
Takes one to football and one to dance
Hits the Y for aerobics class
Drops by the bank, stops at the store
Has on a smile when I walk through the door
The last to go to bed, she'll be the first one up
And I thought I was tough

Chorus
She's strong, pushes on, can't slow her down
She can take anything life dishes out
There was a time
Back before she was mine
When I thought I was tough

We sat there five years ago
The doctors let us know
She'd have to fight to live, I broke down and cried
She held me and said it's gonna be alright
She wore that wig to church
Pink ribbon pinned there on her shirt
No room for fear, full of faith
Hands held high singing Amazing Grace
Never once complained, refusing to give up
And I thought I was tough

Chorus
She's strong, pushes on, can't slow her down
She can take anything life dishes out
There was a time
Back before she was mine
When I thought I was tough

She's a gentle word, the sweetest kiss
A velvet touch against my skin
I've seen her cry, I've seen her break
But in my eyes, she'll always be strong

There was a time
Back before she was mine
When I thought I was tough
