You're best bet would to be do the same amount of crunches or less, but either way its going to tone up your abdmoinal muscles more than anywere else. Everyone has that stubborn thigh fat unfortunately, but I'd say to either do cardio training to shift the weight as well as toneing up on the inner thighs with lubges and squats, because whilst you tone, you won't fully see the defined muscle until you do cardio work to shift a little inner thigh fat, that's why they both need to go hand in hand.
I do pole fitness which involves cardio but at the same time when holding on to the pole with one leg or even in between your thighs it takes a lot of muscle to hold you securely and even I still have a little stubborn inner thigh fat. So honestly I'd say just be proud of your thighs and grow to love them :) goodluck :)

sorry to tell you this but its muscle and from experience i still have muscular thighs, so does my daughter. just dont use leg weights bc it will make them bigger. walking is the best for them. absolutely no weight. you can always firm up your bottom. thats the other option.
