This Might Sound Stupid But I Still Need A Solution To This Baby Question

Do you wash your baby's bottles with soap?

I know this may sound stupid, but I'm really wondering. Milk cannot be cleaned well without soap... and soap leftovers (that one may not be able to see or know about) can be harmful for the baby. So how do you wash your baby's bottles?

STUPID things my doctor said to me today..?

Ok.. I go to the doctor today.. to have my blood pressure checked, its a little high..I am pregnant and of course the doctor is worried..As I am also..

He has me on medication and it is not getting as low as he would like..I ask him if there is anything other then the medication that I can do to lower it.. change food, eat something different, exercise..

1.. stupid thing he tells me.. 'diet and exercise have nothing to do with blood pressure..:..... I question him on this but he continues to say that no matter what i eat, it has little effect on my blood pressure..

And I am NOT saying he was talking just about MY blood pressure,, He was saying any ones..

2.... stupid thing he said to me today, was that unless I was exercising before I got pregnant I should not start now,

And not that he was saying that he did not want me to stain myself or hurt myself he was saying that how ever I was heath wise I was going to be that way until after the baby is born..

I of course questioned him on this, asking about a yoga class to stretch before labor.. 'Myth, just a myth, stretching does not help..

Is this man, a doctor, a retard or what..? I of course am half listening to him.. Because of my medical insurance I go to a 'clinic'. so I talk to several different doctors.

I also have talk to a dietitian about good foods to eat and and herbilest that has told me different things that will help with my blood pressure..

AND I have joined a yoga class..

Please, tell me I am not the only one that has a doctor tell them stupid things.. ?

Why do people say “There is no such thing as a stupid question”?

Why do people say “There is no such thing as a stupid question”?Generally, in the regular world where people ask questions to find information, there is no such thing as a stupid question. Even the following questions are legitimate when placed in context:What colour is the sky? (The sky does not appear the exact same shade of blue at all times of day or year, nor at all locations around the world. Also, at sunset or sunrise the sky takes on different colours, more so in some parts of the world than others.)What did the grass look like? (Grass can be many different shades of green or brown depending on type of grass and maturity. Grass can show footprints or other signs of passing by humans or other life. Etc.)Why are we doing this? [asked by a child when setting the table for a regular meal at the normal time. This provides an opportunity to explain your culture’s table etiquette, which is probably what the child wanted to know, having only just then matured enough to become aware of the tradition and to ask. The answer may be remembered for life and passed on to subsequent generations.]That’s regular life in the real world.QuoraQuora is not the real world. Quora is a question and answer forum, with the “mission is to share and grow the world’s knowledge.”[1]Many people seem to mistake Quora for just another social media on which to post whatever pops into their heads. To pass the time, they ask truly stupid, empty, and meaningless questions.Favourite troll questions appear to be:Why does nobody answer my questions? What is the stupidest question anyone has asked you? Will this question get 1K upvotes? How do I get followers on Quora? Why won’t Quora let me sign in to post questions?I ride the delete button, pausing only when a real question pops up.Footnotes[1] https://www.quora.com/about

I need a slogan for a thermos and fast!?

Ok, this might sound a little crazy, but we have this project at school in which we have to make a thermos. We also have to make brochure with the thermos that includes a slogan for the thermos we are going to "sell". Our thermos looks like a baby and we called it "Thermos Junior" (isn't it cute? lol) so me and my partner need a slogan for tommorrow, so can someone please help! Thanks!

What kind of soap can you use on a iguana (i know that sounds stupid but please help)?

I don't know about soap but when my lizards ever had an open wound, my lizard's vet instructed me to gently rinse with lukewarm water, air dry and rub a small amount of neosporin and peroxide on it. Keep the wound clean as much as possible since substrate will prob. be getting in there. If the wounds look pretty serious though, you should def. call the iguana's doctor. If they're not open, call the animal emergency # which is normally on the vet's answering machine.

What do you guys think about being anti-abortion but never want to adopt a child from orphanages?

What do you guys think about being anti-abortion but never want to adopt a child from orphanages?Suppose someone tells you that “I’m hesitant to personally obligate myself to help someone who’s come into an unfortunate situation, but I definitely think that the solution isn’t to cut them into pieces and throw their remains out with the trash.”If that statement wasn’t made in the context of abortion, who would even dream of implying that the person is a hypocrite, or otherwise morally suspect? Yet that’s exactly the logic abortion advocates use.Let’s flip the question around:What do you guys think about being pro-abortion but never wanting to encourage the mother to consider adoption? There are millions of couples who would love few things more than to raise a child in their home, and who are in a position to do so. (My wife and I are among them.)Why shouldn’t a woman, who finds herself unexpectedly pregnant and scared, be connected to others who are willing to provide a loving home for the child growing inside her?Why should she be told about the clinic nearby, but not about the couple that received a phone call that said little more than “a little girl’s getting discharged from the NICU”, who prepared a home for that little girl in all of 4 hours, and who would do it again in a heartbeat? (As you might guess, this isn’t a hypothetical situation I’m talking about.)

Why wasn't the Hinderburg disaster looked upon as a good thing?

The Hindenberg was a German airship, not a Nazi airship. It was operated by a commercial airline; it was not a Nazi Government vessel.

It did have a Swastika on it; this was the recognised German flag at the time- basically it just identified it as a German vessel, not an endorsement of Nazi ideology or anything like that. Much as how any ship registered in the USA would have flown the US flag at the time.

In addition to all of that, the people on it were civillians, not Nazi officials or party members. Some of them were Americans.

Basically, this was nothing like what you seem to be thinking. This wasn't a Nazi government vessel or anything like that; it was a civillian airline vessel carrying civilians, that happened to be registered in Germany. Much like how the Titanic was not a British naval or government ship either; it was a civilian passenger ship.
